GoogleVery poor service, rude agents and overall extremely unhappy with them. They may appear nice when you sign the contract, but as soon as you did- tgey just completely abandon you and couldn't care less if anything is wrong with tge house. Will definitely not renew my contract with them and will leave as soon as I can.

Viktoria from the Property Management team is providing an excellent service, responding as soon as you can imagine and helping out within hours!

GoogleI've got really bad service from them as a tanent. Lived with a leak in my bedroom for a year. My belongings were destroyed by this. Took the ages to actually do something about it while I was paying a lot of money and 'enjoying' the pouring rain in my room literally...

GoogleProperty alright, just a shame about the agents. Nothing ever gets fixed and queries and requests fall on deaf ears. In my situation I was kicked out mid contract (2 months notice when I had ages left) so the rent could be increased - disgusting. Oh, also you'll never see your deposit again.

GoogleAlex has always given an excellent service, any questions or queries he is always happy to help. Being a tenant means Alex has to be a mediator between Landlord & Tenant, any issues we've had always gets dealt with quickly & fairly which is incredibly important.

GoogleCedar Estates have yet again been successful in renewing the tenancy on a flat on my behalf as a landlord - all the staff contributed where necessary, making it a real team effort! No hesitation to always give them first crack at acting on my behalf - long may that continue!

They have provided consistently good, honest service and advice, which has been greatly appreciated at times given I manage the property myself. They are a pleasure to work with.
