Castles were absolutely fantastic. I had tried to sell my flat with another agent and got nowhere, but with Castles things were different. They were friendly, responsive, honest, and committed, found a buyer in no time, and then managed the sale process very smoothly. I was really impressed, and have no hesitation in recommending them.

I drove an hour to see the house. Only 5 minutes left for the appointment when a guy called me and said they wanted to cancel.

We had a very positive experience buying our house with Max’s help. We had been looking for a year by the time we came to Castles and were feeling fairly at the end of our tether. Max’s easygoing approach was a breath of fresh air after the …

Castle are a great agent, I have used them for all my property sales since they have been open as I really like their professional but very friendly service. It is such an important and all consuming time when selling and buying so having Castle to make it a stress free process was brilliant.. Thanks

Max Whatley at Castles was phenomenal! Incredibly helpful, thoughtful, speedy and professional throughout the process of buying a home. He went out of his way to listen to what we wanted and select the perfect options for us. Then he was super responsive and gave great advice throughout the buying process. It was our first purchase and we were lucky to have someone so committed to providing good service walk us through it. We are incredibly grateful to him for all his help. Can't recommend Castles and Max enough.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

We had such a great experience with Castles. Everyone in the office is extremely helpful and supportive. We changed agents and were very happy that we did. The whole approach of Castles to the business side of things makes everything easy and not at all corporate and impersonal. Highly recommended.

The fabulous staff (David, Josh and Max) at Castles Hackney managed both our sale and the purchase of our new home. The end-to-end service they provided was professional, tailored, efficient and second to none. We have never come across a group of sales' agents that cared so much about our custom, as well as our satisfaction. We would highly recommend Castles Hackney to anyone who wants a one stop shop for buying and selling a property in Hackney and are looking for agents who will go above and beyond. We thoroughly enjoyed working with David, Josh and Max.

We found our first home with Castles and couldn't be more delighted! We looked at many properties with different agents and found the people at Castles really down to earth and always friendly. We got a good vibe from Josh on our first viewing with him. He seemed to have a true grasp of what we were looking for and was always great at contacting us about properties that fitted our criteria, without bombarding us with unsuitable places (like some other estate agents seemed to do). We found Josh really easy to get on with and he had a genuine care to help us find the right home, and was never pushy. Josh and David at Castles went above and beyond to do everything they could to get us into our new home in less than three months, from getting our offer accepted to completion. They were even on hand after we had moved in to help answer some questions we had! We would highly recommend speaking to Josh and David at Castles if you are looking for a new home.

A great office offering great customer service and reasonably priced housing. After a horrible situation, dealing with a larger Hackney agent, it was a pleasure to buy my house with Castles- they where informative, friendly and always kept you up to date at every stage. I would highly recommend!

I couldn’t recommend Castles enough! They really know the local market and I felt in ‘safe hands’ during the whole process. Josh supported me completely through the sale of my flat, and was not only great at keeping me updated but also proactive in so many ways! I’m sure I couldn’t have got my sale through before the end of the stamp duty holiday without him!PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

Josh at Castles was brilliant right from the start. He listened to what I was looking for and didn't bombard me with sales calls so when he asked me to view a property that had no details on, I wouldn't have normally gone, but I trusted him and I'm so pleased I did - I'm writing this sitting in my new home now! Throughout the process he kept me informed, kept things moving, and he was friendly and professional. The buying/selling process isn't easy but it's a lot better with an agent like Josh - I recommend him wholeheartedly to anyone looking for an agent.

David valued our house and his valuation was nearest the price we eventually got. We actually went with another agent to start with, as they had sold our property to us and were very convincing, but he rightly predicted that we'd end up back with Castles eventually - and indeed that's what happened. He kept in contact throughout the process to understand how things were going, without putting any pressure on. Max then found us a buyer and took the sale to completion, and he was helpful and proactive throughout.

I’m finding it difficult to write this review, clumsily typing with one hand while the other tightly grips the keys to our new (dream) rental. This predicament is all down to the lovely Craig and Josh at Castles. My past experience as a tenant has taught me to view letting agents with a combination of suspicion, exasperation and a simmering loathing, so it was almost startling to encounter these two kind, friendly, thoroughly decent guys. If our experience so far is anything to go by I’m sure our tenancy will be a very pleasant one indeed. I’ve told them they are welcome to come and cartwheel with us around our home anytime they like.

The Castles team I worked with closely (Josh and David) and the contractors and third parties they recommended were all absolutely excellent. Buying property is almost always a stressful process but they did their utmost to make sure things ran smoothly and were never the cause of any issues and never contributed to that stress. They are constantly professional and attentive and kept me well informed throughout the process, they helped me through the entire process and beyond and I would thoroughly endorse their services to anyone who may need them, and I wouldn't hesitate to re-use them in the future.
