I am genuinely sorry if you felt the vendors needs were put before you but I would like to ensure we value the needs of both vendors and buyers at all times . The vendors of the property were developers who wanted a swift transaction after being let down by a previous buyer and were going to have kept the property if you had not moved as quickly as you did which I accredit Max with the advice and communication he gave throughout the process . When buying your first property it can be daunting proposition but Max always wanted to ensure you were kept informed and understood every stage of the process . GoogleDespite a frustrating time with the vendor to finally complete on the purchase of the flat in Norfolk House E8 I found Max to be polite and efficient in how he dealt with us. He returned calls promptly and was calm and clear in what he did for us. This was a very good level of service. Thank you.

GoogleCastles get the balance right between professionalism and being friendly. As they are relatively small, you get a consistent experience and don't get handed from pillar to post. All of the staff are very approachable and are good at driving the process forward and communicating. Not only would I recommend them again, I have already recommended them again!

GoogleMax at Castle's was amazing throughout the process, which can be a pretty stressful at times. But he was always at the end of the phone whenever we had any questions or needed some reassurance and never needed chasing. He worked really hard for us to help us with moving home . Would 100% recommend.

GoogleGreat communication by all members of staff, give an honest achievable price, josh in sales was very helpful and friendly, as was the manager David, i had to dismiss a couple of other agents before castles and it was a good choice, marketed to completion took around 3 months which given the circumstances was pretty good

GoogleMy ninth house move, the most tricky in many ways but Castles managed to close the deal for me in a difficult market. Best estate agent I have worked with, experienced, sensitive and above all competent. If you want to sell your home I would suggest that Castles is the go to agent.

He is extremely knowledgable of the local area and surrounds, very responsive and you will not be disappointed with his services.

GoogleCan’t fault them. Really quick to respond to calls and emails. They did a great a job on a complicated sale where the vendors had inherited the property but were living abroad in various different countries. Speak to Josh if possible, I’d highly recommend him.
