Max at Castles helped me and my husband buy our first home earlier this year. As first time buyers we needed a fair bit of guidance throughout the process! Max was absolutely brilliant for the duration. He was always on hand when we had any questions (however small or silly) and made the process easy and relatively stress free for us. I have just sold my property with castles and I rarely leave reviews for any businesses but I have to say they were absolutely fantastic . I have sold many properties in the past and you here the usual spill from cocky estate agents but David and his team at Castles were honest from the valuation to the day of completion and managed some very difficult issues with the sale . The communication was second to none and both Max and Josh were very much up to speed with my requirements and had great knowledge of the area and my property when conducting viewings . David and the team thanks for all your help and for bottle of champagne …….. it was a lovely touch .

We recently completed on our first property with Castles and Josh looked after us through the whole process. He's excellent, cut from a different cloth than most estate agents we had previously dealt with, and he's a lovely human all around. He was always available, always listened and gave sound advice, and was super proactive whenever the process threatened to grind to a halt.
