GoogleI have rented from Castle Residential for a while now. I have moved from one property to another with them. They are the best. They make the whole experience of moving houses look so easy and hassle free. They are never after your money like many other agencies. I would highly recommend Castle Residential if you are planning to rent a house/flat in Ealing. They are simply the best.

GoogleExcellent estate agent! they really helped me out when I was having issues with other estete agents not returning calls, emails etc. The owner is of of the most genuine people you could meet, has excellent local knowledge and always quick to respond to any issues. I have rented two properties from Castle Residential and can't recomend them highly enough.

GoogleAbsolute shambles of an organisation. Have dealt with 3 very rude people over the phone and neither have a clue of basic customer service. When questioned about the vendor of a property I was told to mind my own business! Laughable to say the least. Avoid in my humble opinion as plenty of better estate agents in the local area.

GoogleThe rudest staff I’ve ever dealt with. I was screamed out down the telephone and shouted at in the street. I was also charged fees that the government have abolished and when I emailed to question this I had no reply. Please if you have a choice DO NOT use these agents.
