An excellent team to let & manage your rental property

We've recently placed our rental property with RSK to be both let & managed by them. Throughout the process we have found everyone we've dealt with, from Macaela and Bailey in lettings to Daisy & her team in property management to be professional, approachable, understanding, efficient & patient. The team in property management have been particularly helpful in dealing with a number of issues that have arisen for the new tenants since they moved in, especially Jaye who has proven to be very organised & effective in her role. If you make a request for help with an issue at the property, whether tenant or landlord, you can be certain that Jaye will get it resolved in the most constructive & advantageous manner possible for both parties. Beware of this company

Beware of this company. Estate agents can be slippery but the one I worked with was caught in multiple lies through the process. Additionally, when I sent over the holding deposit, I got an passive aggressive email stating I hadn't sent it so the agent would continue with viewings. I had to call, only to find out he just hadn't checked before emailing. The entire process was stressful. The house was advertised as having a garden, when I arrived they didn't have the key. I asked for pictures or a video for days after but estate agent largely ignored me and was simply pushy for an offer. These are just a couple examples, genuinely there are so many more. Seriously was the worst experience.

RSK - Great at Lettings and Property management

I have used RSK for both lettings and property management now for over 25 years. Both sets of teams are professional, approachable and helpful. They are open to different ways of approaching things. Daisy and I have have a great working relationship and she is always available. I have worked with Micaela and Altin on the lettings side and both are excellent in finding me suitable tenants. When things go wrong, the whole team pulls together to rectify issues as well as support me with difficult tenants in a fair and open manner.

In my opinion, Castle Residential is one of the the best estate agents in Hanwell, London with no doubt. Surj and his letting team looked after our property for many years. They are trustworthy, reliable and fully responsible, I think I will never find any team to offer this kind of service better than them. To move to the selling page, Eddie and his fellow also did fabulous job to make our selling process successful. Eddie is professional, supportive, knowledgeable and super helpful. He gave us regular updates and he’s answering questions or responding emails promptly. He made the whole process less stressful and of course a happy ending. RSK Ealing Lettings... Beware

I would not give RSK a one star, but had to in order to post this review. We had been renting with RSK for three years overall. We had to surrender our tenancy early due to personal circumstances. We confirmed a date to end the tenancy. During the showing for new prospective renters, they didn't provide 24 hours' notice and added additional viewings and stuff like that. That was the first red flag: a real lack of communication. Anyway, new tenants agreed to rent the property. Subsequently, the termination date we had initially agreed upon verbally had been extended by three additional days (this meant three more days to pay rent). There was a bit of back-and-forth and some condensing conversations with the entire Lettings team in the Ealing branch.Suddenly, a week before the tenancy ended, they sent us an Early Termination invoice and were told it needed to be paid immediately. We, of course, knew about the Early Termination fees, but the need for more trust about payment felt bizarre. So, we left the property and paid invoice in full prior to our departure using on the new termination date as stated. We were made aware by both the landlord and RSK that the new tenants would start their tenancy the next day after our departure. It has taken us until now to get our security deposit back. We had to utilise the Tenancy Deposit Scheme. RSK informed us that they wanted to deduct the cost of a "Deep clean." We said, of course, but can you provide a quotation before we confirm the final costs? We were never contacted again, nor were we relayed any quotes for work. We had to chase both our Landlord and RSK for the return of our deposit and not received even a holding response from either. About nearly six weeks after our claim with the TDS, we received a call from the Ealing branch asking us to go "halves" on the cost of the cleaning. How can we go halves on something where no evidence has been provided that occurred? No invoice or any documentation was provided to the TDS either within their agreed timeframes. Therefore, requesting to deduct a figure from our deposit for something that has not happened feels immoral, unethical, and untrustworthy to say the least. I would not recommend using them to sell or let your property. But if you do, get everything you discuss and agree in writing. Or give a different Estate Agents a try with your custom, you may be surprised.
