I instructed this company to sell my house in W7 and my experience was beyond awful,They inflated the price of the house and then after many viewings they reduced it again and again.Untrustworthy and couldn't even turn up on time.Unprofessional and not recommended at all.

GoogleThere seems to only be one lady that answers to “lettings” phone, she comes across very abrupt and rude, and states she isn’t from the letting side. I’ve called on three separate occasions now over 4 days regarding a property to let, and been told each time by the same lady that she will pass on my message and ask lettings to call me back. Of course I have not been called back.

We appointed RSK Acton for the sale of our flat and have been very pleased with RSK’s work. We would definitely work with them again as our first port of call. They worked really hard to get us the best possible offers on the table, leaving no stone unturned and gave us regular, detailed feedback from visits. As a local agency they know the area really well and gave us a lot of dedicated attention as customers. We also found them to be respectful in a way that many other agencies aren’t.

GoogleWorse experience ever on my 10 years renting flats/rooms in the UK, not recommended at all: - Abusive reference check fees, close to £200, which is almost double of the usual prices in London. - Completely useless services through all the duration of the tenancy, with rude responses by email every time you contact them, always trying to avoid their responsibilities. - They'll try to charge you abusive fees for everything, even for your reference as a tenant once you leave the property. - You'll have to fight to get your copy of the tenancy agreement. I still don't have mine, even after finishing my tenancy agreement, and have no hope to get it in the future. - Worse than that, they didn't even informed the landlord about me moving into the property, causing me lots of extra problems. - After managing my tenancy agreement, receiving the deposit and charging me every possible fee through the duration of the tenancy... they decided that they no longer were responsible for my flat, and I had to find my way to do the check-out with the landlord to return the keys, or facing to pay the rent for an extra month due to their incompetency and unprofessionalism. - The same trouble to get my deposit back, with no replies to my emails. They never provided the mandatory deposit ID for the protection schema, something mandatory by law! Luckily the landlord, and my flatmates, were fair with me and returned the deposit back, with no help at all from Castle Residential through all the process. AVOID THEM AND ANY PROPERTY MANAGED BY THEM!!!!!! Unless you love trouble and enjoy being RIPPED OFF every time you have no option but to contact them, paying premium prices for a very poor service :D

GoogleI've been renting with Castle for nearly 3 years now and I couldn't wish for a better service. They are extremely friendly and approachable people unlike alot of the other local estate agents I've experienced. You'll find the fees they charge are actually alot less then other local agencies. I've rented for 13 years now and Castle Residential have by far been the best agents. Surj and Luke are particularly good at what they do, professional, polite, genuine, hard working, honest people. Couldn't wish for a better service. Would highly recommend to all wishing to rent, buy or sell. 10/10
