Neglect and Incompetence

Publishing again as my review has been deleted.Leaving one star to evaluate your 'service' with relation to my experience is highly inaccurate and creates a false illusion to people potentially considering to let one of your properties.I have sent four emails to one agent of RSK, who personally reached out to inform me he would be 'handling' the issue concerning a significant increase in council tax and a housemate absconding her contract. Despite having submitted all necessary documentation and references required to rent the property, I later received a response from another agent (who maintained good communication throughout most of the process), stating I would need a guarantor.Prior to this, I had requested clarification regarding why council tax would be increasing by a significant amount from October 2024 (a seemingly random time of year) (before renting, the council tax stated in post was £81 per person, with no indication that it will increase). After expressing that I would not provide guarantor details until my queries, particularly around the council tax increase, were addressed, I was subsequently ignored by both mentioned agents.Despite following up, the first agent did not escalate my concerns, and since my initial inquiry on 10th September (first sent to agent no.1 and then consistently forwarded to agent no.2 ), I have received no adequate response. The official tenancy was to start 26 September. As a result, I was left with no choice but to withdraw my application entirely.Dear RSK, I would appreciate it if you could kindly inform the third agent who reached out to me with a screenshot of the council tax letter, telling me to 'ensure the amount is settled', that they should first review the last 4-5 emails I sent to both the first and second agent mentioned, where this matter has been addressed in great detail.This agency has consistently demonstrated a lack of competence in managing this situation. I strongly advise against considering any business dealings, including renting or purchasing property, with this agency.

From start to finish, Eddie and his team at Castle made this sale stress-free! The service I received was tailor-made it seemed and Eddie handled everything with ease, from viewings to inspections. The attention to detail was second to none, and I really felt looked after, like I could call at any time if I had a question. The whole team really did deliver service with a smile, with Eddie, in particular, maintaining a high level of professionalism alongside a great service. To top off such a highly commedable service, they even secured us over the asking price on our sale. I really couldn't recommend Castle more highly, or thank them enough!

I have dealt with many Estate agents in the past but I have never received such a personal and friendly service than I did from Carla in the Acton office! There was a few bumps in the road (out of our control) but Carla managed to find solutions and the sale when through smoothly within our deadlines! I have had a great experience with RSK so far in the letting of my property. They have been attentive, organised and made my life as easy as possible by explaining and facilitating resolution of national and local landlord requirements. Whilst the tenants are still due to move in shortly, I elected for the full management service and after speaking with Daisy feel confident my property will be manged well. Great, professional team

We've just sold our property with RSK Acton and it's been a good experience from the start. Professional, knowledgeable and approachable director (Toby) explained their process and justified the valuation in a convincing manner. He was also really helpful (and patient) with the questions I had later in the process, including those about my purchase (that they were not dealing with). The manager (Carla) was also very helpful, responsive and that's having her hands full with exceptionally problematic solicitors on the buyer's side.
