GoogleContacted Castle Residential four times about viewing a flat. I was told they'd call me back. I waited and waited but no return call. I ended up missing out on the flat I wanted. Very disappointing experience. Staff are rude and they lie to you. Don't waste your time.

Google"Diabolical service" is an understatement. They also LIED to my face promising works, in order to let the property, that never happened. All on emails. Landlord did not have any idea what they promised. God help anyone who deals with them. Avoid like the plague.

Awful experience. Do not sell your house with these agents. They are unprofessional, rude bullies! They made the process very difficult for me, they promise the world and deliver nothing. Ruined the experience of selling for me.
