My experience with both the Lettings team and Property management team in Fulham (Bishops Park branch) over the past 3 years has been nothing but good. All staff, especially the managers, are a delight to work with and are very knowledgeable and responsive and flexible to need. I can highly recommend them.

We rented a property through Carter Jonas in Barnes, never having used this particular company before. We were immediately impressed with the entire team, their professionalism and personable manner. Having now vacated the property, the whole process was seamless and unobtrusive, with viewings arranged whilst we were still resident at the property made incredibly easy and convenient. Aileen has assisted us throughout this process and has communicated amiably and very efficiently throughout our tenancy. We would not hesitate to use Carter Jonas again to buy or rent a property.

GoogleImpeccable service! Kate Stevens took charge of my case and she couldn't have done a better job. She was quick, efficient and responsive in getting me a viewing of a flat I was interested in. She was clued up on what was happening at all times and the communication was excellent. I liked that WhatsApp messaging was used instead of bombarding me with phone calls. Unlike other agencies that take your details in extreme detail and then spam you non-stop, I didn't get that with Carter Jonas. Zoltan showed me the flat and he was on time, professional and did not rush me at any point. If only every agency provided such good service, looking for property to rent would not be half as painful as it usually is. I hope you guys keep up the good work and don't turn into what other agencies are usually like. GoogleMy wife and I have bought and sold 3 properties over the past few years while moving around and we have never had the experience we've had here. The extra lengths they went to were impressive. I won't go into detail as I don't want people to expect it from them each time but on more than one occasion they went completely out of their way to ensure everything went smoothly. Other agencies expect the seller to do everything, don't contribute much and then take their fee but this was the first time the agent truly deserved every penny. Unsure if it's just this office or a company-wide ethos but at minimum would recommend this branch to everyone.
