GoogleReally impressed with Georgina and Igor from the Fulham Palace office. Always on hand to help and really lovely to deal with. Having said this, would urge severe caution in dealing with their chosen referencing company. Van Mildert are possibly the most incompetent company I have ever dealt with and would say that a company with the reputation of Carter Jonas should strongly reconsider their choice of referencing company as their incompetence lead to an awful amount of stress and needless time wasting. To summarise, the Georgina/Igor are superb, Van Mildert are beyond useless.

GoogleCarter Jonas has looked after my property and rented it out consistently since 2008. They have always made everything run so smoothly for me and have been very understanding, helpful and professional. I have been dealing with Sayeh for over 10 years and would be lost without her. Wayland, Igor and most recently Henry have also been there for us and Henry found our new tenants within around 4 hours - record time! He is still helping us settle in our new tenants and could not have been more helpful. We couldn't do this with out the whole team there. Thank you Carter Jonas

GoogleThis was always going to be a difficult sale, in view of the issues which had arisen with the freeholder over the years. Carter Jonas, who had managed the property for a long time were well equiped to deal with the issues and the team of Kerry Creasey and Wayland Ward-Smith ( on the sales side) and Liz Osborne ( on the property management side) dealt very well with the situation, leading to a successful exit at a good price.
