Absolutely brilliant, start to finish

I have just bought my first home with the help of nested. I honestly couldn't recommend them highly enough. From the very start Ruth was extremely helpful and supportive, and was instrumental in bridging the gap between mine and the sellers solicitors. I dealt with a few other estate agents previously, with properties that fell through. Nested operate in a completely different, and much more ethical way (refusing to start bidding wars etc). I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell!

Couldn't recommend more highly!

I have had a fantastic experience with Nested, and I hired them on the basis of meeting our local agent Reiss. I felt Reiss was open & transparent with me on the outlook of selling my property, the current market etc and far more approachable than the other agents I "vetted" :D . Then Nested web platform was also brill to see the interest in my property, viewings & the feedback. Allowed me to keep a close eye on the process & understand the market better as showed comparable data.Throughout selling my property the team have been always at the end of a Whatsapp / email & phone to help - especially important when navigating such challenging market conditions that we've seen recently.Nicole our Sales Progressor was also brilliant at keeping me calm, managing my expectations & advising on best next steps!Overall, I couldn't of had a better experience of selling my property through Nested and will recommend them wholeheartedly!

Top sales & after-sales team!

Having spoken to a number of local 'high street' estate agents and some other online players, we went with Nested as we were most impressed with their salesperson, Ceri. She was highly consultative as we worked up to going on the market, providing sage advice on the strategy. Ceri walked us through the sales process end-to-end and gave us the confidence we were making sound decisions. Once we accepted an offer it transferred to Davina in after-sales who was relentless in chasing updates up the chain. Whilst the sale and chain were not straightforward, both Ceri and Davina made it as simple and straightforward as possible. Could not recommend Nested more highly!

Excellent service

Nested were very professional and helpful throughout a tricky situation with the vendors. When things went a bit pear shaped (through no fault of theirs) Nested went above and beyond to rectify the situation and were polite, courteous, and understanding through it all. Very pleasant experience

I have just exchanged contracts on my first house purchase and I've been really pleased with Nested! Especially after my first house purchase fell through at the point of contract exchange.Andy was helpful from the beginning in getting me the house viewing even though if I remember correctly it was around his birthday. After the viewing we offered and Andy was really swift at communicating with us regarding the offer, offer acceptance and what we needed to do going forward I.e. Paperwork to be sorted etc.Shortly afterwards Davina got in touch as our sales progressor and she was really helpful at pushing our solicitors to keep on top of things. Without Davina I can guarantee that it would have taken many more weeks if not months to exchange, but as it is I think it has taken around 9 weeks to exchange since the offer was accepted, and 11 weeks to completion.I don't think there's anything else to mention but I know compared to other estate agents I've dealt with that these guys have been a lot nicer and easier to deal with.

Nested were brilliant from start to finish. Their app made it really easy to set availability for viewings, get instant feedback and to see progress throughout the sale. They were professional, knowledgeable, friendly and always quick to respond. They always gave us honest, straightforward advice and were quick and efficient in communicating with us. We always felt like they were being open, and giving fair and realistic advice so that we could make informed choices on what was best for us. They couldn’t have made the process easier with clear communication via their app, email or phone. The sales team, Reiss in particular, knew the area and development very well which gave us confidence that he was the best possible person to sell our flat. They ensured that they had all of the property details in advance, so that they could easily answer questions from potential buyers. You got instant feedback on viewings via the app, and then more detailed feedback once they’d followed up with the potential buyer, so you always felt informed and up to date.Throughout the conveyancing process, Nicole was excellent at keeping us updated, communicating between ourselves and our buyer, and chasing up our solicitor to ensure everything happened in a timely manner. We honestly don’t know what we would have done without her. It was our first time selling and she walked us through the process, and was available to answer questions and guide us where necessary. She was always on top of everything, ensuring that there were no issues with miscommunication between ourselves and our buyers and also our solicitors, which helped to make the process significantly less stressful. We also used the buying service, and Emily was fantastic at giving us advice for viewings and then guiding us on offers and what to expect. It enabled us to make offers feeling informed about the property, gave us confidence to offer lower than we potentially would have done and ultimately helped us to get a great deal on the property we ended up buying.Overall, we couldn’t recommend Nested more highly. We’d used other more traditional estate agents before, and Nested was a refreshing change. Fantastic Service

• If you’re looking for an agent that has competitive, fair pricing and is willing to do things “your” way, Nested is for you. • I felt that the team from the beginning was modern, fresh and had a clear understanding of the market conditions, trends and the overall complexities brought on during covid. • Market valuation was in line with what we expected, and we weren’t overpromised/oversold and not undervalued either. We didn’t get the sense that they were trying to win us over like most agents by stating ridiculous inflated market prices, but gave a realistic view on how the property would get sold and what strategies would be used. • Photos, marketing and 3D tours were effective, and I felt that Nested would listen to my feedback and update the Rightmove listing to however I wanted it, e.g. change the photo order, update listing information etc. • The colleagues at Nested were friendly, patient and clearly listened to the voice of the customer, rather than trying to prove they know more than you (again typical of other agencies). • Colleagues were knowledgeable in their interactions with property viewers. None of the typical “let me refer to my notes, I’ll send you an email later” responses….but rather they were quick to provide clients with accurate breakdowns on service charges, bills and fees, as if they memorised it. • They gave recommendations and strategies on the sale of property, a co-led approach. • Assisted in estimates for onwards purchase. • During the complexities encountered during covid lockdown, the team extended their pricing offer to reflect the market conditions. • Throughout, there is clear communication and typically 1 point of contact, therefore you don’t find yourself having to repeat things constantly. • Glad I choose this company over other agencies.• Just a recommendation to the team, try and utilise Whatsapp for business if you can. Might be a bit easier to communicate quickly and informally sometimes. "

Nested were great from offer to completion. As a first time buyer, the whole process was quite daunting to begin with, however Nested made me feel like I was never going through it alone. Davina in particular was a massive help in getting us all to the finish line; constantly chasing different parties, keeping me updated with new developments, and quickly responding to questions I had to put my mind at ease. 5 star experience from end to end. Everyone we dealt with at nested went above and beyond to help us in selling our home. In particular Leah, Emily & Davina were such a massive help at different stages of the process. The buying agent service was excellent and really gave us the confidence to be bold with our offers and in turn get our new home for a great price. The app is so great with real time stats and feedback from viewers when you first start viewings with really nice touches such as the mini celebration animation when someone puts an offer in on your home. Quick and straightforward sale, invaluable buying agent service

After a disappointing experience trying to sell via another agent who promised the earth and failed to deliver, I decided to relist with Nested. Jamie and the team were engaged from the beginning and realistic in terms of what was achievable. The photographer Naz went out of her way to make the property shine, even helping rearrange furniture to show the space at its best.After a single day of viewings with minimal disruption we had an offer 3 days later. From here Leah deftly managed the process through to completion.After the seamless sale we were expecting the following purchase to be similarly straightforward, however this was anything but the case! Fortunately thanks to Nested's unique buying agent service we had Emily to expertly guide us through the next months, providing us with helpful guidance and insights not to mention the occasional shoulder to cry on! Phoned 3 times to ask for a home report…

Phoned 3 times to ask for a home report and to book a viewing at a property in Glasgow and was told I would receive a callback and the details sent to me. Received no callback or email and went to call the London call center number again today only to see the house I was trying to view had gone to a closing date today at 12 noon. Dont normally leave bad reviews but felt the need to for the seller who may have potentially missed out on offers because the company simply didn't get back potential buyers.

I had a great experience with Emily from Nested as a buying agent. I was a first time buyer looking for a property in East London and came across Nested's buying agent services which are really one of a kind in the UK. (In the US, all buyers have a buyer's agent who sources viewings and negotiates for them). For a very small percentage of the purchase price, Emily helped me through the entire purchase process, from preparing reports on properties I viewed to assist me in making a good value offer, to guiding me through negotiations with sellers' agents and chasing my solicitor throughout the conveyancing work. Emily was incredibly kind and helpful - it was so useful to have someone knowledgeable to bounce ideas off of. I would highly recommend first time buyers use this service as the process can be very daunting and full of pitfalls if you don't have someone experienced leading you through it. Many many thanks to Emily!
