Great service from start to finish

Great service from start to finishThe explanation initially given by Susan Gregory was excellent and defined well the process for moving forward. Henry was great on viewings and getting the property under offer, Rebekah moved the process along the legal side and had a great telephone manner.To my mind Nested operate between the value an estate agent 'could' achieve and the harsh reality to what your property is worth if you were in a position you had to move very quickly and would consider offers that would make you an attractive buying proposition.Essentially taking all into account they bridge this gap and provide a viable option in the market for those people who need to move quickly. In my case, my wife is pregnant and it became a viable option. We were happy with the value placed on the property and felt confident with the options laid out in front of us.Furthermore, the team at Nested then went and sold the property for what we viewed as a fair price and all in all very happy with the service, and happy to recommend.

Amazing team of hard working dedicated people!

A huge thank you to Andy and his team (Anup and Rebekah) at Nested for such an amazing, smooth and stress free experience with selling our flat. From the get go, Andy explained everything we needed to know in regards to the Nested Model and how their fees work etc. We had a lot of questions but Andy did a great job in explaining everything.Our flat sold within the first two weeks of being listed with Nested and communication has been superb throughout. Andy went well above and beyond, making sure our sale and also our onward purchase was well co-ordinated. He even chased up our the managing company to our leasehold flat in search for answers as to not delay our completion date!I couldn't recommend Andy and the Nested team enough. Highly professional, super friendly and because of them, we will now be spending Christmas in our new home! Thanks a bunch and I will highly recommend Nested to anyone looking to move homes!

Nested - Great business, Great Team

All the way through the process, from initial referral to pay-out, I kept questioning "what's the catch, what's the catch". Well I now have the monies and can confidently say there wasn't one! Everyone I interacted with was exceptionally professional and even when we encountered the usual scrapes and tumbles, which unfortunately seem to accompany moving house, they were there right by my side to calm the waters and find solutions. I really am astonished with how efficient the team are - they also do business with a smile. Buying/Selling can be stressful so it helped to work with Nested who I shared some laughs with also along the way - THANK YOU Nested. I was at first hesitant to use a non-traditional process to sell our home, simply because I had no previous experience apart from dealing with traditional high street agents on previous sales. However after meeting with Nested (especially Anup and Alex) I was very comfortable with signing up. I can honestly say its been a pleasure dealing with Nested. All of their team whom I have had contact with (Anup, Alex and Fraser) have been excellent. Nested have been very fair, professional and transparent through the whole process. Highly recommend!

A refreshing approach to property sales

I used Nested as an alternative solution to selling my apartment & it worked ! from the beginning, Nested advised on simple cost effective "touch ups" to ensure that my property is marketed in the best possible light, and even provided a very reliable maintenance company who I have now used again & again. The communication was clear and concise at all times and the small team do everything to ensure your expectation is managed, which seems to have been sometimes lost in the conventional estate agent. I would recommend Nested to anyone serious about selling their property, as they simply provided a breathe of fresh air to the property market.

Selling our house with Nested was the best decision we made

After dealing with traditional agents, we found Nested was a breath of fresh air - extremely professional, fair, open and honest. Because we live overseas (Australia) we wanted an agent that we could 100% rely upon, and would guarantee the sale of our house. A couple of years earlier, we had tried to put the house up for sale with a traditional agent, and the buyer pulled out at the last minute. This was an extremely stressful experience because we had to manage tenants, and didn't get our house sale funds, all the whilst living so far away in Australia. So when we discovered Nested we jumped at the opportunity to use them, and they didn't disappoint. The Nested Guarantee gave us peace of mind and it meant we could plan ahead knowing that we would definitely be selling the house, and getting the funds. Nested was spot on with it's valuation, and from marketing the property to exchange/completion date it was a 9 week turnaround time. From initially speaking to Anup (Business Analyst) to dealing with Alex (Managing Agent) their professionalism, communication skills and customer service was exceptional. Save yourself stress and sell with Nested

Using Nested was the best decision we made when selling our place, especially after Purple Bricks had failed. It meant we could put an offer in on the place we wanted without having to wait for a sale (in the current market this took a bit of time), which saved on stress. In the end they found us a buyer for more than their guarantee and the sale went through quickly. The team are a smart, diligent bunch and were pro-active in communicating. They also weren't afraid to try things like partnering up with high street agents to get a few extra viewings. If you want to sell in London, you should use Nested.

Highly recommended

Henry at Nested has really helped at every step to make my flat move as straight forward and efficient as possible. Our experience with Nested was 1st Class!

Our experience with Nested was professional from day 1. We had our initial buyer via an agency drop out 3 months into the selling process, and urgently needed a draw down for a new business venture. Within a few weeks we had the guarantee, and utilized the early draw down facility. It took all the hassle and worry out of the whole process, and gave us the springboard to launch our new business. We went to Nested to look for a guaranteed offer.

We went to Nested to look for a guaranteed offer, although we were already with a traditional estate agent, so that we could be chain free on our dream home. Unfortunately, the Nested guarantee wasn't enough to enable us to put the offer in on the house we wanted so we didn't end up using them - but this was more because our agent had overvalued our house quite significantly. We have since agreed to sell the house (with the original agent) and the Nested valuation was nigh-on spot on to what we finally agreed to sell for. I obviously can't comment on their sales ability, but every communication I had with Nested was clear, to the point and honest and I'd recommend them whole heartedly from that point of view.

Nested the Chain Breakers!

I contacted Nested as I was in a chain situation in sale and purchase of my house. Having seen the property we wanted to move and made an offer on it; we were kind of left on tenterhooks with the person purchasing ours. After 4 viewings and lot of to and froing the offer was not forthcoming. A friend suggested I talk to Nested as they may be able to help.I initially did my own research as I was very of companies making all kind of promises. Nested appeared to be a very professional firm who know their subject matter.I filled in the information required on their website and the website made an instant valuation of my property (albeit it was nearly £120,000 out from current value of my property).I was contacted the very next day and I had a good chat with Anup Desai who was very professional and courteous on the phone, and he followed up our conversation with an email confirmation straight away.since first contact we have had many discussions and a meeting followed by an offer on my property and survey.during this process we got an offer on our property so I did not pursue this with Nested. however should the circumstance change I would not have any reservations to both move forward with Nested or recommend Nested to my friends and family,

A highly innovative and refreshing approach to what can be a daunting, tricky and sometimes murky experience. Fraser and Anup were professional, honest and pragmatic, and hugely supportive throughout. I was in the common situation of needing to sell my property in a timely manner in order to secure my onward purchase. Excellent idea and company - would definitely recommend!

I was initially attracted to Nested because they offer such a unique model and I wasn't disappointed. Their way of working means that we were able to move on with life and achieve a good price for our property. The team itself, in particular Anup who I dealt with, were very professional, dynamic young people who have a huge amount of experience in property so although we were dealing with a new company and idea, none of the Nested team were at all new to the industry which was comforting. Alan - Simply the Best ⭐

What can I say except positive things about our selling experience with Alan. From the very beginning he's been with us every step of the way. My husband has cancer so we needed someone we could entrust the selling process with to minimise the stress on us. Our estate agent for selling our house in Aviemore was Tom Kissock, he was noticeably more engaged than another estate agent we had met, took more time over the property to make sure he understood all the features, responded to queries promptly and kept us informed at all times. His approach gave us confidence that he would try his hardest to get us a good price quickly (which he did!). Very happy with him and he definitely made selling less stressful than it could have been.

Well what can I say about Alan…

Well what can I say about Alan regarding the sale of my home. I had been with a high street estate agent for 3 months and had no offers plus the estate agent showed absolutely no enthusiasm for selling my house. I was recommended to switch to Alan Shields by a family member and it was the best decision I ever made. Alan sold my house in 10 days for £20k above the asking price, at a time of the year when the housing market slows down. I can't thank ALAN SHIELDS enough for providing an incredible service. You absolutely need to have this man as your agent - no one else comes close.Alan was our knight in shining armour who rescued us during a time where we were stuck with a so called reputable agency who in reality had neither the motivation or skills to sell our house (or even bother to communicate with us) for many months.Thank goodness we found Alan (recommended to us by others) because when he stepped in, he was able to show us what 5 star service actually looks like - Amazing communication, expert guidance, and an extremely skilled negotiator. A guy that is there for you day and night and who truly cares about getting it right. I've sold several houses before but have never experienced this level of dedication and expertise.I would urge sellers to learn from our experience.
