I have had a great experience buying my first home through Jack. Jack is a fantastic communicator: he was super responsive at all times, and made sure everyone was kept up to date and was working to the same timelines throughout. Given it was my first time purchasing a property, Jack also took the time to explain every step of the process and advised on how best to communicate with my solicitor in order to meet the completion date. I would highly recommend Jack to other first time buyers.

Hi Charlotte,I understand you did your viewing with James who has also posted a review above, so I have responded to both of you with the same comment. Sorry to hear you were not happy with our service. I understand that 4 months ago we conducted a viewing with you at a property we were selling and you made an offer for the property. The home had received a previous offer from another buyer, but the home was still listed for sale as we were waiting until the buyer had been fully vetted. After your initial offer was rejected I know you subsequently increased your offer, but the home seller decided to stick with the person who made the first offer, despite it being a slightly lower offer.When dealing with a property sale we cannot disclose offer amounts to other buyers and ultimately the seller chooses which offer to proceed with based on the offer price, the buyers' position and timing of the offer. The process of managing multiple offers and the seller deciding between them can sometimes seem uncoordinated, which sounds like the case in this experience. After seeing your review we tried to call you and left a message. If you’re able to return our call we would be happy to speak on the phone to understand what we could have done better. We had a fantastic experience all round with Simon Russell, moving with my family from London to Backwell. I spoke to him prior to the move and he kept me regularly updated with properties that may have been of interest to me. His communication was fantastic, always responding to messages promptly and fully. He was available and flexible for visits, and enjoyable to spend time with (which is not always the case with estate agents...!). He also worked extremely hard throughout the conveyancing process, and even stepped in for other professionals who were unavailable, calling solicitors and other agents on their behalf. He went above and beyond to make our experience a good one, and we were extremely grateful that he was the agent selling this house. I would highly recommend if choosing an estate agent to sell, and would advise anyone buying with him that you are in good hands.

If you’re selling in Greenwich, we highly recommend Reiss Braniff with Nested.
