Really great company

Really great company. Not like your normal estate agent. They weren't pushy at all for the sale. It was great to have a progression team as well to help things move along to exchange and completion. Daniel was great, always helpful and there to answer all of my (many) questions. Will definitely use Nested again and have already recommended them to a couple of friends.

Adam is brilliant

Adam at Nested was absolutely brilliant. I was selling my flat at a challenging time, however he got lots of viewings and multiple good offers. The app technology made all the viewings easy to manage and Adam was great at keeping me up to date on movements. He also offered really good advice before viewings and throughout the whole process. My first buyer pulled out on the day of exchange and Adam acted upon this news really quickly. He was able to get 6 viewings booked in for the following day and I had 3 offers over that weekend period. I was able to then complete within 4 weeks, so not losing my chain.

Nested - emergency service!

Nested were recommended to me when our chain broke down - we unexpectedly lost our buyer days before we were due to exchange on our sale and purchase. Nested responded like an emergency service and worked unbelievable fast to put us in a situation where we could continue with our purchase despite not be able to simultaneously sell. Customer service and support was excellent throughout. I would absolutely recommend Nested to anyone.

Turned out to be a really good decision

Selling our flat through Nested turned out to be a really good decision. The guarantee allowed us to move forward with our house purchase really quickly as chain-free buyers. Nested were helpful and negotiated with the buyer to get us the price we wanted (above the guarantee amount they could have settled for). We probably won't sell again for a while, but when we do we will give Nested a call.

People tell you that buying a property is one of the most stressful things you can do, but you never really believe those rules will apply to you until you're actually doing it. Buying my first place was full of unpredictable and nail-biting twists and turns, but the support at Nested was spectacular. My conveyancing progressor, Nicole, was there every step of the way and was a seamless communicator between the seller and me when things got sticky! Her colleague, Davina, who covered while Nicole was on holiday was also brilliant, as was Sam who showed me the place and handed over the keys. An excellent team and an excellent service.

If only all estate agents were like Nested

I just sold my flat with Nested and couldn't rate them highly enough. From the first meeting with the agent Laura Mahoney, to completing the transaction, the whole experience was excellent from start to finish. First of all, Laura helped me market the property in the best possible way, and gave me a valuation far more in line with expectations and the local market, than any other agent I spoke to. She really understood my property and found great comparables in order to give me a fair valuation and then found me the perfect buyer. As for the sales progression - Nicole Snape was a total superstar. An absolute professional from start to finish, with a wealth of experience and intelligence, both practical and emotional that offered constant reassurance to all parties involved in my chain and provided a voice of reason at all times. I couldn't rate Nested highly enough and will definitely look to use them again if the time comes.

Managed professionally and personally from start to finish

Davina has been so helpful, kind, informative and patient from the start and managed the whole conveyancing process. I found it quite confusing at times in regards to what we need to do and by when. Davina made it really clear what was needed, what stage we were at, what we needed to prepare next and she had direct communication with our purchaser, which meant she was managing this their end. This minimized delays and kept everyone on track, which is priceless. It’s really been a five star service all the way and I couldn’t recommend Davina enough.

I can’t recommend Tom strongly enough, so much that we recommended him to my mum and I'm happy knowing she is in the best hands.Tom is ever the professional and also very personable, he gives you advice you can trust and we felt completely comfortable with him. I couldn't recommend Nested more. I'd previously listed my flat with KFH and the experience was completely different. Nested really took the time to give a reasonable estimate for my flat and the area, and the app was so easy to use. They had regular check ins throughout the process to evaluate how the viewings to date and if we needed to change tack.My estate agent, Sam White, was so helpful and communicative - always updating the app with feedback straight after the viewing. He really helped me get a sense of the buyers and how to navigate offers.And my purchase agent, Nicole Snape, was fantastic. There were some really thorny issues to iron out involving major works bills, and Nicole was invaluable in helping me negotiate these with the buyer - as well as offering advice on a reasonable solution for both parties. Both solicitors in the process were very tricky, and Nicole helped ensure there was always communication between myself and the buyer, giving more than daily updates in the final weeks to help get the sale over the line.I was hesitant to use Nested as an online service - and one without a huge customer base in London - but after my experience, I wouldn't use any other company in the future. Also their onward purchase service is fantastic. They offer a deep dive on any properties you may be looking to purchase after your sale, helping you to make a reasonable offer based on market data you wouldn't be able to find out yourself.
