Seamless from start to finish.

We purchased a property through Nested and they have been truly amazing from start to finish. In selling our property, we had joined a chain that had been ongoing for a long time and there was an urgent need for everything to be done as quickly as possible. Stuart Milburn (Nesteds Conveyancing Progressor) rose to the challenge and did everything he could to ensure the forward chain was in a position to move quickly. He took away the stress of moving by chasing our solicitors and made the whole process seamless. I would highly recommend Nested as a company and in particular, Stuart Milburn for his professionalism and fantastic communication skills.

If you need certainty when selling your property, then choose Nested.

Selling a property in our experience is never a simple process, it took a leap of faith to choose Nested over a regular high street agent / hybrid estate agency. Our sale was anything but straight forward but Nested were professional from start to finish and stuck to their word. We dealt with around five of their employees and all were professional, exceptionally helpful and prompt in their responses. If you need certainty when selling your property, then choose Nested.

​Thanks to Nested we were able to proceed with our onward purchase which couldn’t have happened with a conventional agent / sales process.To start with it took some time to get our heads around the concept, contracts, etc, but rest assured all the positive comments and feedback you have read on this site are accurate.They hire very bright + proactive people and this comes through when dealing with them. Nested saved the day!

I originally tried to sell my flat with a traditional estate agent but the buyer pulled out on the day we were due to exchange. I was in danger of losing the property I wanted to buy. Then Nested came to the rescue! They guaranteed me an amount for the flat and lent me the money in advance so that I could proceed with buying the new place. The old flat took an unexpectedly long time to sell but Nested took it in their stride and never complained. Alex Robinson kept me informed and, now that it has finally been sold, I have no hesitation in recommending the company. I wouldn't be living in my lovely new house now if it hadn't been for Nested. Did not get the money but service was still helpful and friendly

I was thinking of listing my flat on Nested to raise cash for my new place. Turns out that it must be listed with them for 90 days before they can actually give you the funds - just in case it hasn't sold until then. Getting money before the 90 days have come to an end is not really an option. They are looking for flats that sell fast and for a good price so in that respect it fails their objective to help people who need money because their flats are not selling easily/fast. If my flat sold fast I would go to an agent that only charges 1.5% and not 3.5% like Nested does. So really, Nested should look at their business model as it really does raise falls hopes and lures you in only to crash your hopes (as the previous review says) instead of providing a real alternative to what is already out there. Needless to say my flat was not accepted but nevertheless, the agent that called was very polite and actually really helpful. Oli emailed me with alternative options and contacts. He did not just send a standardised email with the usual bla bla bla but a really personal email where everything was still tailored to me. Despite me being a lost case for them they still helped me as best as they could and that is very rare nowadays. That is why I rate them 3 stars. Would have received 5 stars if their objective of wanting to be different to alternative agents was not floored. The agent gets 10 out of 10 points for friendliness and helpfulness.

Look no further than Alan.

I used Alan 10 months ago to sell my property and back then it was an outstanding service. Another family member wanted to sell and I got in touch with Alan again. The guy, the service and the overall experience is second to none. Alan is constantly on the phone with updates and chasing clients. His new state of the art dashboard which gives you real time updates is brilliant. However the most important element is Alan. He takes you through every step, is in constant contact and most importantly for us no BS. Tells it as it is. The fact I trusted him to give repeat business is testament in its self. DONT GO TO ANY OTHER AGENTS.

Couldn't recommend Nested enough.A friend suggested them to me when I was having trouble selling through my traditional agent, and I'm so glad she did.Nested have been utterly brilliant from the first conversations with Anup, through to Andy and Francis with the sale and then Bonnie with conveyancing. They have repeatedly gone above and beyond to help in what has been a rather tricky sale process, and I cannot thank the team enough for everything they've done to help. A much-needed service and concept that offers security in an uncertain climate and has exceeded our expectations

Thanks to Nested and their amazing team we have successfully completed our flat sale without a hitch, and with exemplary, professional, yet friendly and approachable service throughout. We had tried conventional agents without success but once we made the decision to go with Nested everything changed. The unique concept and guaranteed amount gave us a safety net and meant we didn’t have to worry about the flat not selling for months, or falling through, as we knew we would have that to fall back on if needed. From the moment we were introduced to Anup, our initial contact, (who answered countless questions patiently and efficiently at all hours, visited the property, took us through all the guaranteed amount details and easy-to-understand contract) through to completion it has been such a stress-free and smooth experience.The level of customer service and communication was superb. At each point a dedicated expert was assigned to us. When it came to selling the property, Josh was absolutely brilliant and lined up many viewings, dealt with prospective buyers, got us a number of offers which he negotiated superbly, meaning we ended up receiving over the expected very fair and accurate estimated sale price. We didn’t need to draw down the Guaranteed amount in the end but when we enquired about it, it would have been easily available, which was reassuring. Once Josh had sold the property, Bonnie took over through until the completion. She was fantastic in liaising with us and the buyers, both sets of solicitors and the management company of the property itself. She made such a difference to the process that that service alone made Nested such a breath of fresh air.We were unsure at first about not using our own solicitor but we received an excellent service from Jenna at Moore Blatch from the Nested Panel, who working alongside Bonnie were both completely on top of all of the details and helped keep things moving as speedily as possible. The team at Nested offer a unique and much-needed service that we have not experienced elsewhere. Everyone we encountered there was a pleasure to deal with. You are made to feel like they genuinely care and have your best interests at heart, and we developed a real sense of trust in the whole team. What they offer - and present - is exactly what you receive, but with even better than expected service. They have definitely earned - and deserve - their very reasonable fee! We would recommend Nested without hesitation, we are so glad we chose them, and would certainly use them again in the future.

Nested is a brilliant new way to sell…

Nested is a brilliant new way to sell your home...After my chain fall through 3 times I was on the verge of giving up however I decided to swap Estate Agents and list with Nested.From the start the team have been friendly, attentive and helpful. Andy and Francis have been brilliant. Francis kept me fully updated and managed to arrange over 10 viewings in less than 2 weeks. An offer was made after 3 weeks. Francis worked hard to ensure the best possible price for my house and the initial offer was increased by £12,000. The way Nested sell properties meant I could relax and leave all the hard work to the team. Having a guaranteed price agreed at the start meant I was able to negotiate on my purchase with the knowledge that I would not face the let down of a collapsed chain. I would definitely use Nested again and will recommend to friends and family.

After trying the traditional route and getting nowhere I contacted Nested who found a buyer within a week or so of advertising my property. Whilst there were a few issues in my sale I had constant updates and I knew that Nested were doing everything to make my sale happen quickly. I did not need to draw down on the guarantee but it was comforting to know that the funds were there should I have needed them. I would like to thank Aaron, Alice and not forgetting Susan. I would definitely recommend them and would not hesitate to contact them again.

Fantastic Service From Nested

We have just bought and sold under the Nested model and we are very happy with our experience.As we were buying a New Build, we needed the funds very quickly. Nested were exactly what we needed. Alice, our contact was very efficient and came to visit us to talk through our house and explain the Nested model. The photos taken were professional and by far better than other Estate Agents also selling houses in our road.Nested found us two offers within two weeks and we accepted one of the offers very close to our asking price (the other was a full asking price but they were not proceedable) as we wanted to proceed quickly.The sale of the house went well and the 'loan' for the money meant we were able to buy our New Build house of our dreams.Thank you Nested - we are recommending you to everyone we know!

What can I say about this brilliant, industry altering property-tech company that hasn't already been said?

What can I say about this brilliant, industry altering property-tech company that hasn't already been said ?! I have bought and sold homes for 15 years now and I can honestly say I have never felt so genuinely cared about by an estate agent as I have done with Nested. From day one I felt valued and respected, when they came to value the property they were open, honest and frank about the market, managing our expectations whilst reassuring us that they could achieve what was a very competitive and fair sale price for us within the 90 day period or else we could draw down the Nested guarantee at that point.We had already been on the market for three months by this point with only a couple of low offers and could see that the north London market was stagnating and even falling. We were in some financial strife and the fear of having to make further price reductions or not being able to sell at all was real and pretty scary!Nested took all that fear and stress and worry away by guaranteeing us a fair price for our apartment - 96% of the estimated sale price minus fees at day 90. For us this was a wonderful safety net that allowed us to plan for the near future and look for our next home.We were however in the unusual position of having a buyer through another agency and had just agreed a higher offer which was now acceptable to us. I won't lie, at this point in this uncertain market we wanted to have our cake and eat it, and so we tentatively proprosed the idea of running with this offer whilst keeping the Nested guarantee should it fall through. We were pleasantly surprised to hear that Nested were fully on board with this proposal and would split the fees with the other agency so we would not lose out ourselves. It just proved to us how forward thinking, flexible and customer driven they are. Nested are prepared to go above and beyond to give their clients and customers the best possible experience and their positive can-do attitude is refreshing and should be commended.I'm happy to say the deal came good and we sold just outside the 90 days but Nested had kept their promise and made the funds available for us to draw down at day 90. As we were close to exchange we decided to hold off. It all worked out well and I would have no hesitation in using Nested again to sell my properties in the future and will certainly be recommending them to friends and family.What other estate agency sends you cards and luxury chocolates at christmas? Or offers to give you the keys to one of their other properties for FREE to ensure you can complete on a certain day?!! Nested we love Bonnie and Alice

Nested have made buying for the first time a much less daunting process! My boyfriend and I saw a property we liked in December and decided to book a viewing straight away, we were met at the property by Alice who immediately put us at ease and after having been warned about estate agents and they’re usual tricks of trying to sell sell sell, I can honestly say hand on heart that from the moment we met Alice we could tell she was just simply genuine honest and straight with us! After having the offer accepted and starting the process of solictors etc Alice handed us over to Bonnie a Conveyencing Progressor at nested (but that didn’t mean that Alice wasn’t still at the end of the phone or an email whenever we needed her). Where do I start with Bonnie! I feel like over the past few months I’ve spoken to Bonnie more than anyone else in my life! But she has always been so lovely warm and helpful and nothing was ever too much or stupid question with her! She has done everything in her power to get the sale moving a quickly as possible and her tricks worked! We have now exchanged to complete next week and we couldn’t be happier! I could write for hours about the excellent service nested have provided us with but I don’t want to go on too much, but Bonnie and Alice have been 100% there for us replying to emails returning phone calls, chasing things up their end, keeping us in the loop and they have no idea how much it’s meant to us! Just incredible! We’ve been recommending nested to everyone. The kindest thing of all was on the day of exchange after much stress from further up the chain once all was done and dusted I came to my phone and I had 2 of the most lovely voicemails... one from Alice and one from Bonnie, both congratulating us. They were both so genuinely happy for my boyfriend and I and it was so lovely to hear! Thank you Alice and Bonnie for making first time buying a pleasure! I’ll actually kind of miss you guys lol!

Nested have been a breath of fresh air to work with. From start to finish the team have been friendly, attentive and helpful. I found the sale guarantee concept a little tricky to get my head around at first, but Anup, Joshua and Frazer took the time to explain it in simple terms. Nested do cost a little more, but with that comes the assurance that your onward purchase is safe no matter what, and the added bonus of having true professionals on hand should you need them. As they say - You get what you pay for. I would definitely recommend Nested for anyone with an onward chain, the guarantee takes all of the stress out of selling your property and gives you added confidence dealing with pushy buyers threatening to pull out.Nested is a great new concept, executed brilliantly.

The Nested team of Fraser and Alex who sold our house are just fantastic. I really cannot fault them. Thanks to Nested we are happily settled in our dream house. I would never use a 'normal' estate agent again, they just can't offer what Nested can, which is the opportunity to be a chain free buyer even before you've had an offer. We were burnt previously and lost out on the house we wanted but once we found Nested it all came together. As always there were some teething problems, but Fraser worked tirelessly to make sure everything was sorted out. Amazing customer service and all round lovely people.

Amazing company....

We had been trying to sell our property for around 7 months with various buyers along the way. After waiting 4 months for our vendors to find a property, the day after our chain finally completed, our buyer’s buyer pulled out. Myself and my wife were both devastated. The vendors of the house we were looking to buy put their house back on the market days later as we were no longer in a position to proceed.A Facebook advert grabbed my attention for Nested. A company that guarantees to buy your house, this seems great, but what is the catch. My wife says that this is too good to be true, but I thought let’s see what happens.Friends had been in touch with them in a difference area so I did a bit of background research on them and I submitted my details online. I received a call the following day from their client on boarding team. We discussed my situation and the urgent nature of this. A couple of days later I got a call from Andy at Nested (who would become our Relationship Manager) who provided the estimated valuation of our house. A couple of days later we had a confirmed market price. This price was exactly the same as our agreed previous sale price. We then signed with Nested and were immediately back in a procedable position and now with no chain underneath us. Our offer on the house above was then reaccepted and we felt so much relief. All this in the space of 7 days!The fees are more expensive than your standard agent (especially when you receive any offer above the guarantee price), however we certainly felt this was reasonable and worth it for the position it put us in without the stress about the chain underneath falling part. We have now finally sold our house to a buyer that Nested found. The guarantee was available right until the end of the sales process if required . Throughout the selling process, nothing was too much trouble for them. Nested did everything you would expect of a normal estate agent and more. Nested go out of their way to resolve issues as they present themselves. Andy was an amazing relationship manager and deserves a lot of praise for his dedication, regular updates and reassurances to us and abilities to get things done.It is a rare experience to come across a company like this when you feel they are truly there to help you. I would 100% recommend anyone to get in touch with Nested when looking to sell their property.

5 starts to Nested!We tried selling our property with 3 high street agents before Nested, with no luck.I would definitely recommend Nested to anyone looking to sell their property quickly, their service can't be compared with any estate agent. They were very proactive from the begging until after completion (all the people we were in contact with, were tremendously helpful specially Susan, Henry and Freddie) they were always available for us to answer our enquiries and the sale progression was handled beyond expectations.Yes, it will cost you more but you will have peace of mind that experts are looking after your property sale as a priority from day 1.We don’t even need to use their guarantee as we received offers over the guarantee price after month and half (but we were ready to put an offer on our new house right away and the guarantee backed up our offer).

I would happily recommend Nested to anyone looking to sell a property (and I have!). Although parts of our sale were not always straightforward, Nested were helpful and reliable throughout. They are far superior to any of the (many!) other estate agents we dealt with, and secured us an offer in a very short space of time. The knowledge that we had the guarantee money to fall back on if we needed it made the process significantly less stressful, and I really appreciated their honesty and genuine desire to be ethical and fair at every turn. The property buying/selling system in England is a total farce, so having a solid and reliable team of people behind us made the world of difference. Top of the Class for 5 Star Nested

From the first point of contact with St John, when I contacted Nested, I have been more than happy with the service from this young, but fast growing company. After a visit from James Turford and a realistic valuation, to having Alex Robinson take charge of the sale, Nested quite quickly found interested parties for the house. It did not take long to secure a buyer. Nested break the mould when it comes to Estate Agents. I like the Nested business model and hope Nested will go from strength to strength to help others move when they need to - 90 days is not long. Having a realistic valuation, a guaranteed amount and an enthusiastic Nested team will bring confidence to anyone who signs up with them. Although Nested insist upon using one of their panel of solicitors, I found Angela of Comptons to be fully briefed on the Nested model and it has been a pleasure to have her act for my sale. So, if you are in the Nested catchment area, they are the team for you. I cannot praise or recommend Nested highly enough and do hope that anyone reading this review will be lucky enough to have the Nested experience I have had.
