I couldnt recommend Alan Shields at Nested enough! He is with you any time of the day updating you at every stage. Selling your home is stressful enough but Alan takes away most of those worries with his truthful transparency and automated online dashboard to track your progress at every step. 12/10 for Alan. Goes above and beyond!

A big shout out to Nicole Snape at Nested. We purchased a flat through Nested and Nicole was our progressor (point of contact throughout the whole process). We found her to be incredibly quick to respond, offering us updates at multiple points throughout the day. Our process took a long 6 months (through nobody’s fault really - just took a while to agree things with the Seller) but Nicole remained level headed and offered solutions to help move it along quicker. She definitely took on some of our stress and made the process so much easier. Thank you Nicole for everything - I don’t think we would have persevered through the process if it wasn’t for you. There were many ups and downs but it’s all paid off in the long run!

Jamie at Nested helped sell my property which had been on the market for a while. The tenants who were living there didn't always leave it in the best state but Jamie always made sure that potential buyers saw it as best it could be! Once the offer had been accepted, Nicole at Nested was amazing at coordinating the solicitors on both sides and although we had a few hiccups, she made the process so much more manageable and stress-less. Beyond grateful!!

As we all know buying a property is a extremely stressful experience especially when you are dealing with solicitors who don't understand the concept of time! Davina was the Sales Progressor during the move & I believe without her I wouldn't of been able to complete on time. I needed to move into my flat on the 1st of March as I was moving out of my rental property on the 2nd of March. Davina helped me chase up my solicitor countless times & really supported me with my move with her excellent communication skills. If I had any queries about the move she reassured me whilst you rapidly went away to find out answers to my questions. She's a real credit to Nested.com & I wish her all the best in the future!

I came to Nested after some time with a more traditional high street agent without success, and I chose them because I’d seen them sell a similar flat local to mine in very quick time. I was impressed with everything about the sale process - Sharief was focussed, determined, honest and realistic and gathered useful feedback from every viewer. The quality and amount of communication during this process, in person and available through the app, was a world away from my experience with the previous agent. After a relatively short time he’d achieved multiple offers, one of which was over the asking price and which progressed to a sale, with reliable and dogged support from Nicole. It was incredibly reassuring to have a point of contact during this time who was dedicated to making sure we moved towards exchanging contracts.I also used Nested’s buying service so I was supported in buying our new flat, from receiving an informative initial report to being helped through negotiations with the seller’s agent and beyond. Without Emily's insight, guidance and support I’m positive I would have made a higher opening offer and wouldn’t have ended up saving 5% off the seller’s asking price. This service was absolutely worth having, it took away lots of the stress of doing this alone. I can’t say anything negative at all about Nested, I would highly recommend them. A totally professional yet personal and trustworthy service, really distinctive compared to the rest.

Before using Nested we had our London flat on the market with another agent for over a year with no success... but after changing to Nested we had 3 offers within a week! We were then given a dedicated Conveyancing Progressor to oversee the actual sale which was so helpful to make the process go as smoothly as possible with great communication.We also used the buying service with Emily which was INVALUABLE. In such a competitive market Emily's advice on how and what to offer was incredibly insightful and we learnt so much from her. We've now had an offer accepted on our dream home thanks to her.Can't recommend Nested highly enough.

We sold a property in Battersea with Nested in December 2021. The two agents we worked with - Sharief and Harry - were both excellent communicators, highly responsive to our questions, and always protecting our best interests. They were professional, handled tricky customers very well and presented the property in the best possible light. The Nested app is slick and helpful to keep track of viewings and feedback, although this relies on the agent to keep it up-to-date and provide timely viewing feedback.Unfortunately, we had two buyers fall through. Both were due to the buyer having a different financial position to the information understood at the time of accepting their offers. It’s unclear whether Nested could have done more to verify their financial position, but this seems like extraordinarily bad luck if not. Setting that aside, Nested communicated the situation very clearly and did all they could to find a resolution. Having a dedicated progression manager really helped with this.

I couldn’t recommend Nested more highly. A house move is always a complicated process but Laura, Leah and Emily made the whole business so much easier and far less stressful. Together they kept me up to date with every issue, assisted quickly and professionally with any bumps in the road but even more importantly, anticipated problems and dealt with them so that I wouldn’t have to. No move is ever hassle-free but mine was smoothed along every step of the way by the good people at Nested. If you’re looking for a dedicated, on-the-ball and professional service then give them a try, they’re pretty awesome.

I had a fantastic experience with Nested and have been singing their praises ever since. As a buyer, I had seen a number of properties with multiple agents, but from my first viewing with Chris everything felt altogether different and I finally felt confident and excited. Even during the negotiation process he gave the impression he understood and respected my position, which allowed me to move forward with a clear head and put my best offer across, having an agent that both sellers and potential buyers trust is in everyone’s best interest.Nicole expertly handled the progression of the purchase and I also liaised with Emily on occasion, they were both excellent, very thorough, clear and patient. I actually enjoyed the process (which I’m sure would usually be a nightmare!) and had the feeling you could trust any member of the team because they genuinely seemed to work together as one. There were perhaps one or two inevitable snags along the way but these were always seen to with professionalism and authenticity, I’d say it was an otherwise seamless process. I was almost sad is was over!When it comes to selling up I’ll go straight to Nested, the quality and experience is there.

I would absolutely recommend Nested, they were the second agent we used to sell our flat and they got a lot of people through the door and most importantly, secured our sale after months of little interest. I found everyone we dealt with to be really friendly and professional and I completely trusted them, which is obviously super important! Very different to other estate agents I have dealt with and they also had the lowest commission rate.Communication in particular was excellent, I was always kept updated, never had to chase anything or wonder what was going on. I feel like Nested are true disruptors in their industry!

We are very happy with Nested and the exceptional service they provide. We have first decided to go with Nested because of the “buying agent” services they offer as we thought we could use professional help while moving out of the area we knew. In the end, we have worked with Nested team for about a year, and they assisted us with two sales (the first one sadly fell through) and onward purchase. We felt we were very well supported at each stage of the house moving process. The whole team provided 5-star customer service. Amir, Oscar, Maddy, and Harry were great with arranging viewings and providing feedback. We were also able to book a weekly call to discuss the next steps. Emily (the buying agent) helped us a lot during the process of searching for a new home. She provided very helpful home reports and practical advice on making an offer, she also negotiated the purchase price on our behalf. A special “thank you” goes to Daniel, our conveyancing progressor, who worked closely with us both times to make sure things were progressing in a timely manner. Daniel was great with liaising between us and our buyers, he was in touch on a regular basis, always available to discuss the progress and to advise on the next steps, always supportive and reassuring. What I value about Nested service the most is the fact that it was always very personal and the dedicated team would often go an extra mile to help.An online account to track viewings, buyers’ feedback and onward purchase reports was a useful addition to the Nested service but their most valuable asset is the team of amazing people. Thank you again for helping us on our journey.

I would highly recommend Nested. I had switched to Nested from a different estate agent and they were able to generate considerably more interest in the property. They are good at maintaining communication, passing on feedback, and keeping you up to date on progress. I found the purchasing service they provide to be very useful. They are able to provide detailed property buying reports and a lot of guidance with regards to your onward purchase such as what offer strategies to consider. In all I had a good experience with Nested.

I can’t recommend Nested highly enough! We decided to go with an agent that was different to what’s typically available on the high street and we couldn’t be happier with our choice. Right from the get go we felt listened to and like they really cared about our objectives. Sharief was a fantastic selling agent. We also had access to Emily who helped us every step of the way with our purchase and Nicole who made sure our sale was on track once we’d accepted the offer. We ended up having a difficult chain and we really don’t know what we would have done without Nested on our side, fighting our corner.We’re now happily set up in our new home and really couldn’t have asked for anything more from our agents! I have purchased a flat recently from a Nested listing - Battersea branch From the moment I met Sharief at the first viewing I was immediately impressed with his great professionalism, knowledge and dedication. He towers above other agents in my view. Similarly Leah was absolutely brilliant in progressing the sale, answering queries and liaising effectively between me and the seller. Both Sharief and Leah gave excellent advice every step of the way and I can honestly say it has been a huge pleasure to work with them both. I would very highly recommend Nested in Battersea and would award higher than 5 stars if possible.
