I highly recommend Nested

I highly recommend Nested. We looked around at various estate agents and nested were highly competitive. Then wonderful Jen and Harry arrived and confirmed our choice! They took time to understand the flat and all it had to offer to find the right buyer. We were under offer within 2 weeks and then the incomparable Nicole took over the transaction. Nicole was incredibly efficient and organised and really helped move the process along, which was essential in a long chain when not everyone was as ‘on top of things’ as they could have been. She was very attentive and I’m sure the process may have faltered without her help at various points. I hope we won’t need to move again any time soon but when we do, we will certainly go back to Nested!

I had a great experience with Nested. I dealt for the whole time with Chris Cresswell who did an amazing job showing my property and selling it. The property was rented, Chris communicate really well with my tenant which made her felling in control. I was present when Chris showed the property for the first time. It made me comfortable with him and his expertise (He was selling so well that I almost didn’t want ti sell anymore:-))Thank you Chris and Nested for the brilliant work during lockdown phase. Nested were very easy to communicate with and very straightforward about their ideas and approach to selling my house. The valuation was backup with evidence and the photos and virtual tour were arranged quickly and to a high standard. Viewings were arranged efficiently and they were able to accommodate my needs when working from home. I received lots of feedback on viewings and data regarding my property in relation to others so was able to ensure it was priced correctly at a volatile time in the market. Once offer was received, there was lots of communication and chasing from the Nested team to help get it over the line to exchange. They also helped me decide where to offer on the place I was buying and this helped me confidently negotiate a significant discount to asking.

Competent agents and outstanding service

We used Nested both for selling our property and for purchasing our new home. Their support and quality of service was excellent on both counts. On the sale side, Charlie gave us very useful advice on how to value and market our property, helping us reach a realistic price hence a relatively quick and smooth sale, which allowed us to make a profit. Charlie was also very responsive to our queries and feedback throughout. Nicola was excellent in supporting our sale conveyance process, proving to be very responsive and reliable as an intermediary between us and our buyers.On the buying side, Emily provided step by step support, going above and beyond her remit to help us overcome some hurdles caused by the vendors. Earlier on in the process she also provided very competent and swift advice, compiling detailed buying reports for us and coaching us through the negotiating process, which allowed us to get the home we really wanted.For us Nested also stood out for the online services they provided, including insights into the property market, tracking of viewings and buying reports.All in all I would recommend Nested in a heartbeat.

Would definitely recommend Nested

Really pleased with the experience of selling our property through Nested. From the beginning of the process to the end, they were positive, open and knowledgeable. Our agent, Ashley was friendly, professional, well-presented, informed and skilled in his area of expertise. He was responsive and always clear and honest in his communications. Their friendly buying team guided us through a very up and down process before we found the property we successfully purchased. They offer an online dashboard that tells you how many views your property has had on Rightmove and the competition in your area. Their conveyancing progressor, Nicole was dedicated, persistent and diligent. Nicole kept on top of the sale and helped resolve any issues. If you're selling your property, I would highly recommend Nested.

Sell with Nested!

We had a really good experience using Nested as our estate agent. This was my first time selling a property, so I had little knowledge of what the process would be like and how important getting a good estate agent was at the various stages of selling a property.At the early stages I was impressed by the data driven approach Josh Holmes took to valuing our property, and the portal they have with feedback and data around the number of online views your property has had. Chris Gladwin showed potential buyers our property, was responsive and gave us quick and detailed feedback about the reactions of potential buyers after every set of viewings. We had a good level of interest in our property, but after several weeks and no offer we decided after being advised by Josh that we should change our strategy with respect to our asking price and reduced this. After doing so, we were delighted to very quickly get an offer which we felt was fair.Although the initial stages of marketing our property and getting an offer are important and went well with Nested, the real selling point of their services is the part that comes after this. Nested help their customers negotiate an offer on the property they are buying. Emily Askham advised us on this, and her advice and support was invaluable. Making offers on properties is incredibly stressful, but she was always there at the end of the phone with calm and measured advice that ultimately helped us negotiate a good offer which was accepted.The other part of Nested's services which I really rated was the sales progression, done by Nicole Snape. We were working to a deadline on our move as the reduced stamp duty was due to end within a few weeks. We had a complicated chain, where many of the parties involved were unresponsive and were delaying agreeing dates for completion. Nicole went over and above by effectively managing the upper parts of the chain beyond our transaction that the other estate agents were not progressing. After several frustrating weeks of chasing other parties, we ultimately agreed dates, but without Nicole's perseverance I think we would likely have missed the deadline and risked the whole chain falling apart. Having not sold a property before I hadn't appreciated the importance of sales progression or the fact that many estate agents do not have dedicated staff to manage these later parts of the selling process .We were really impressed by Nested, I would wholeheartedly recommend them. I hope we don't move again in the near future but if we did I would definitely use them!

Nested have been brilliant from start to finish. I wanted to sell my flat in Walthamstow quickly. They were professional, helpful and gave me a fair valuation. They made the process really quick and easy, and access to their portal meant that I could track everything easily and clearly. I have to make a special mention to Leah, who supported me throughout the post-sale conveyancing process. She has kept in constant contact with me, keeping me up to date and helping to keep the process moving. She has been friendly, warm and knowledgeable throughout, and genuinely made the experience 150% better.Their additional service for sellers means that I've had a lot of helpful buying advice from Emily, which has been invaluable. I would recommend Nested without hesitation. I feel like they go above and beyond.

Excellent experience! I recently sold my flat through Nested and every person involved with my sale (and onward purchase) was a pleasure to deal with. Extremely communicative, polite and proactive at every stage offering clear guidance and advice. As a seller with Nested, the 'double agent' element is such a helpful service, providing tailor made advice on each property you are interested in buying so that you are as informed as possible on every aspect of your onward purchase. I sold with Nested and the team were fantastic, end to end. I was always able to reach a member of the team, and I knew exactly who I should be dealing with at every stage. Here in Walthamstow, there are a handful of well known agents but a lot of them tend to just throw your property listing on Rightmove and hope for the best. Nested didn’t do that, they took a quality over quantity approach and found a buyer for me quickly, something one of the other local agencies I initially contracted with were unable to do.Their buyer service is also fantastic, they researched a property I was interested in buying, advised me on whether it was priced appropriately and helped me formulate an offer (which was accepted).A special shout out to Chris for his work on viewings and dealing with prospective buyers, Leah for all her work and patience in progressing my sale, and Emily for her help on the buyer service and helping me secure the right home for my onward purchase!

Nested (Greenwich, London area) were fantastic. We had some ups and downs in the process but Nested were great throughout, we had multiple competitive offers the two times we had open days and ultimately completed on an offer above asking price so I think their valuation and approach was spot on. Where we really felt they went above and beyond was in dealing with the long ups and downs of our chain. Emily in particular was amazing at chasing up and down the chain proactively and seemed to be the only agent in the chain working towards getting an exchange to happen. The best estate agent we have ever dealt with and we've had quite a few now!

I'm currently in the process of buying a property and so far it has been a very pleasant experience. As a first time buyer I really appreciated not feeling rushed or pressured whilst viewing the property or putting in an offer. I'd recommend for anyone seeking a no nonsense approach to a sale

I came across Nested when looking for a simple way to deal with the sale of my flat. What appealed was the technology used to value the property and also for monitoring interest. I was very clear about what I wanted to achieve with the sale and appreciated that they didn't attempt to talk me into playing the "games" re pricing etc. We reached an agreement on a strategy that we all thought would work, especially in light of the pandemic and I felt listened to, while also being guided without patronisation. The result of this was a lot of interest and an offer which went right through to completion. I dealt with Chris (sales) and Nicole (sales progression) and both were really great to deal with, friendly and looking after my best interests. I don't think we'll be selling again any time soon but if I was I would definitely use them again.

Excellent service from great people

We listed our flat for sale with Nested and had nothing but positive experiences from the get-go. Where other agents came across as condescending or disinterested in discussing any details, the Nested valuation process was clear - presenting us with three pricing strategies and rationale for going with them. Following that, having pictures taken and a virtual tour put together was arranged quickly - we were listed with no problem at all. Viewings went well and the dashboard that we were provided with meant that it was actually easy to keep track of what was going on. The additional services of a Buying Agent and Conveyancing Progressor saved a lot of headaches, giving us a wealth of information on how to approach our onward purchase and interactions with legal aspects. Unfortunately, our buyer pulled out at the eleventh hour in a move that was wildly unpredictable (so I lay no blame on Nested), so we're now taking a slightly different approach with our move. However, when I look to sell again it will undoubtedly be through Nested. Special mention to Chris, Emily and Becci for all the work they did and for generally being professional, personable and friendly people.

Nice people, just ask how they can help

Everyone that I dealt with was very pleasant and genuine. Our chain manger Nicole was so valuable to us, I'm not sure we would have managed without her. It was one of the main reasons we went with Nested and I'm so glad we did as we had an extremely difficult chain, which we hadn't expected. The only small thing is that each person's role wasn't fully explained in advance, so I didn't know what I could and couldn't ask their help with, it's worth asking this as it turns out they can help with a lot more than you think. Anyway I would fully recommend them, especially if you're in a chain, they cost slightly less than a high street agent but you get much more and get to deal with nice people too!!

Excellent Estate Agent in Battersea!

We have been very impressed with Nested Battersea, Sharief and Maddy were really friendly and engaged throughout the process, keeping us informed at every stage and re-assuring us that our home was in safe hands. Their approach is really proactive, bringing every method of promoting our house to the fore, including excellent photos, dolls-house walkthroughs and video tours. We went from listing to offer in about 5 weeks, and to exchange in about 8 weeks! Fantastic. The supporting technology helps too, you get a portal with all relevant details, such as viewings (including background on who the viewers are) and details on the offers made, and the new app is excellent to have the info to hand on your phone. The buying agent services we had from Emily was also a real bonus, it was fantastic to have someone on hand for help and advice, discuss how best to proceed at each stage. Having re-assurance from the Buyers Report offering made it even easier. Overall, we would say that Nested offer a really refreshing approach to being an Estate Agent. We have dealt with a fair number of other agencies over the past few months and can find them to be quite aloof, or like talking to a used car salesman! It’s been a breath of fresh air to speak to the normal, friendly, helpful people at Nested. We would highly recommend.

Best agent I've used, but that's a low bar

Overall my experience with Nested was good. They're much more informative than any other agent I've used before and they take time to explain things. They've hired empathetic people (shout out to Nicole especially) and they're available to listen/advise. But I have two fairly major gripes that take two stars off. Neither are solely Nested's fault, but I believe that have a part to play. Firstly our sale and purchase took over 5 months to complete from offers accepted to moving in. Of course that's down to solicitors, buyers/sellers etc. But I believe Nested could have pushed harder and been more transparent with me on likely timelines. Everyone in the transaction would be losing a star for this, not just Nested, but the point stands. Secondly, they sent through their invoice to my solicitors on the day of completion. This meant that I had an extremley stressful morning trying to find an extra £3,000 on the day I was supposed to be moving. Now, is this down to Nested or to my solicitors? Hard for me to say, but all I know is that I was put in a very stressful position for a few hours and I was lucky to find a way out.
