Michael was amazing. We switched from another estate agent to Nested and we wished we moved sooner. Michael made sure to understand our priorities. He asked detailed questions about the property and made sure we were promptly updated after every visit. Thanks to him, we were able to complete our sale in 3 months!

We were recommended to Nested from a friend who changed agents from another high street agent, and found them to be excellent. We first met Charley who came round to explain the process. We liked the data driven approach and the price was in keeping with other valuations we’d had. When COVID meant that a few weeks later all in person viewings had to stop, Nested were proactive in setting up a virtual tour of our home. Post-lockdown Debora was able to secure a full asking price offer for us. However, it was the fantastic service from Becci, one of Nested’s conveyancing progressors that really stood out. She helped us with both our sale and in the end our onward purchase too, in what was at times a complicated process involving our lease, managing agents, freeholders, several solicitors and other estate agents in the chain. I couldn’t recommend them highly enough.

Nested were fantastic from start to finish in supporting our house move and we can't recommend them highly enough. We started the move process just before the first lockdown, and in this challenging time with a lot of uncertainty, Nested provided clear-headed, trusted guidance on how best to proceed through different stages. Because of this, out of the lockdown, we were well positioned to act quickly and get on with the process. Viewings were handled well and during the selling process we had the right level of contact with Charley who managed everything, from dealing enquiries to filtering out the non-serious buyers. Everyone at Nested we dealt with was extremely professional and knowledgeable and they always had time for us. Once we had an offer secured, Nicole the sales progressor was invaluable, keeping the wheels moving on all of the Legal side whilst keeping us and the buyer informed, massively de-risking the sale from falling through. We also got great advice on offering on the purchase side too from Frazer. Definitely not your usual estate agents, and would certainly recommend - especially after hearing of so many others who have had issues with their move due to less able and committed estate agents. It has been a real relief to have moved in these uncertain times and to have done so at a good pace to take advantage of stamp duty savings. Thank you Nested!

Nicole and the team at Nested were fantastic throughout the process of selling our flat. We were selling at a difficult time, through Covid and lockdowns, and they were able to show potential buyers the virtual tour in order to determine whether they might be keen to buy. By the time lockdown was over, they had a good number of potential buyers lined up, and we had several serious offers in no time. Having had bad experiences with other estate agents in the past, I would strongly recommend Nested.

The Greenwich team were great! Took time to walk us through whatever we needed, were straightforward to deal with, open when things weren't working, and wanted to be flexible and work however we wanted to for communication and viewings - Reiss and Paul were both really helpful. When it came to buying our next house, Emily was exceptional and provided such fantastic speedy help (both factual and experience based), as well as coaching on negotiation which meant we've been able to get a great result on the price agreed for our next home too. The team have been nothing short of amazing with the sale and purchase of our property. They have been present, proactive and listened to us during a time that can be tremendously stressful. Emily held our hand through some difficult negotiations and Nicole was brilliant at ensuring our sale and purchase progressed. Working in property myself, choosing an agent to trust with my sale was not an easy decision. Something about knowing way too much about all the pitfalls you can come across along the way! So, from the beginning...the listing process was easy and guided by the lovely Jonathan. Then, onto the viewings and Ashley was brilliant. He encouraged me to hold my nerve on pricing and be more patient (not my natural modus operandi) and we were rewarded with an excellent offer within a month. Thanks Ashley! Chris also got involved with some negotiations with another buyer and I thought his input was also brilliant. Everyone at Nested is really helpful; and quick, thoughtful responses are the norm. Nicole kept me calm throughout the sales process (not an easy task) and I know she encouraged our buyers to do what they could to take a view and move things along when time was getting a bit tight. All round, my Nested experience has been great. 10/10 would recommend!

The team at Nested is extremely professional and helpful.Chris, our estate agent, was always friendly, punctual and followed through with our enquiries not only before we made an offer, but throughout the process, really doing the midfielder role between us and the sellers. He also always found the time for the ad hoc viewings we needed to get refurb projects started even prior to exchange.Also the progression team was outstanding, first with Joshua and then with Nicole. We approached Nested towards the end of our contract with another agent, in what seemed like an utterly intractable market. As it happens, we received a proceedable offer which, fingers crossed, will now move us to completion on our onward purchase. That said, I’d have no hesitation in recommending Nested. We spoke to Charley, who would’ve worked on our sale and Emily who was lined up to assist with re-negotiating our onward purchase should that have been a requirement. Both were excellent: understanding but pragmatic, with a data-led sales strategy and apparently, zero bullsh1t. Charley was open about the costs involved in Nested’s bridging offer, which can be substantial but seemed utterly committed to helping us avoid that by digging out blind to get us a realistic price in a weird market. I think the hyperlocal knowledge of a high street agent will always be useful. But they won’t be able to ignore the data-led approach that companies like Nested work on (they provided substantial market data to us in their valuation) and I suspect this is a company that will blaze a trail.

Nicole Snape was our Conveyancing Progressor and she did such a great job. Without her pushing things along, I'm sure we would not have met our target completion date. She did an excellent job of keeping us updated throughout the process, when solicitors on both sides were pretty terrible at communicating - we're really grateful for this as it made things much less stressful. I would like to thank the whole team who were involved in our sale, and with particular thanks to Nicole who was clear, calm and supportive throughout the whole process. We put our property on the market in the Summer of 2019 and, as these things can sometimes go, many issues came to light as we navigated the sales process. We finally were able to exchange this September.Nicole was absolutely amazing at supporting us to resolve all issues as they came up. Despite our sale being so complicated, she was able push forward through issues by contacting landlords and council services on our behalf.Nicole worked tirelessly making sure the buyer, vendor and solicitors from all sides were always on the same page. Her professionalism and negotiating skills meant we were able to move forward on a purchase that we were convinced would fall through. Most importantly, Nicole kept us sane!We will be forever grateful for this and couldn't recommend Nested enough for all that they have done to secure our sale and purchase.

Our experience, as potential buyers, with Nested was really positive. The video tour was impressively good to start with. When we met Reiss, he was one of the most professional estate agent we have ever dealt with: prepared, polite, passionate. He was able to tell us a lot about the property and answered all of our questions. We really appreciated that he religiously followed the COVID 19 precautions and that followed up with us for a candid feedback two days after the viewing.

Our experience with Nested has been brilliant! Right from the beginning when we first made contact with our agent, Reiss Braniff, to the present day (having now accepted an offer and looking forward to our move), we have been treated with respect, patience and transparency at all times. Reiss took time to listen to our requirements and understand what was important to us and was reasonable and flexible and worked with us to ensure we were happy with the process. He had the required local knowledge and managed our expectations with realism and pragmatism. We were kept informed at all times and given updates promptly, which is vital as a seller. The agent who managed our open day was also brilliant and gave immediate feedback about how the day went, which we really appreciated. Reiss managed the offer/acceptance process extremely efficiently and with professionalism and we really felt that he had our best interests at heart. On the whole, a truly positive experience and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend Nested to our friends and family.

To say that buying and selling during the Covid pandemic was hard, would just trivialise. Nested have been fantastic from start to finish. We put our house on the market in February just before the pandemic hit. That’s made the whole process more stressful and prolonged than we anticipated, but Nested have been the one constant supporting us all the way through. Early on in the process there were some minor snags with communication, but I made it very clear what I wanted to go differently, and Brad was excellent. Took the feedback onboard and handled the situation professionally. Dan did an excellent job with the viewings and secured a good price, all the while Fraser was helping us with the buyer reports. Having someone to go to for advice and a steer on not only how to negotiate, but to give you the inside track on a property (often information not available even via an avid google search!) was invaluable. We accepted an offer on our house, and had an offer accepted on a new one just before lockdown. So we waited months to be able to crack on with it, and at the last hurdle just as the lockdown was lifted, our purchase fell through! Fraser gave us solid advice that helped us to walk away from that one, and within days we had an offer accepted on another. At the point of exchanging and completion, Becci looked after us and she’s been great. I can always rely on her to be on top of things, and chase everything just as much as I was! All in all I can’t recommend them highly enough. If I ever move again I would absolutely use them.

Estate Agents tend to get a bad rep and I can understand why, but Nested is different, they're online, customer service focused and honest.
