We had a mixed experience with Nested. They were very helpful through the sales process but I would note that there presence was limited in the area and really struggled to get people through the door. We also felt pressured to take a price that we were not comfortable with. Their technology is brilliant and they are always responsive. Nicole in the Conveyancing Progressor team was particularly helpful and responsive.

Nicole looked after me from when my offer was excepted right up to completion, which was great as a first time buyer as I was slightly clueless as to what was needed from me and when. Really responsive and helpful with all questions and the flexibility of the key collection from a local shop whenever suited me was handy to have. I would definitely recommend.

I purchased a property with Nested and I can't recommend them enough Both Andy the agent and Davina have been INCREDIBLE!The whole sale took less than 3 months with a big chain to be fair, but it was painful but a little stressful which is expected as always.If ever in doubt.... Nested are your guys!

With the caveat that they couldn't take on our property, they explained why and shared research on the local market, as well as making themselves available to offer phone and email advice on how to sell our home. They came across as knowledgeable, including about the area, and helpful (and I was expecting them to be comparable in knowledge to the online agents like Purple Bricks and House Simple who I spoke to).

Nested are thoroughly professional, helpful, honest and efficient. I would highly recommend them. They gave the same valuation of our property as the local estate agents and offered to give us a huge percentage of that valuation as an advance, enabling us to be virtually chain free and in a strong position to purchase our new property. Bravo Nested, will definitely consider you if we ever decide to move home again.

Impressive communication and introductions and relatively straight forward documentation. My only criticism would be that I was passed between 4 people in the first week and on at least one occasion it was clear that a full handover had not happened. I appreciate that you have specialist roles but they should appear seamless to your clients. I would so far recommend you to others - in fact I already have informally!

Selling a home is always a hassle, so we contacted Amir at Nested. We had been quite stressed about selling and Amir greatly reduced our stress. Whilst we decided not to sell right now, Amir gave us confidence in the selling process and we’ll be contacting him In a year or so. Amir gave us lots of good information without making us feel obligated to sell immediately.
