We took Nested on as our agent following a very professional and sensible conversation about their package they offered. The sales team were honest, clear and right about how to sell our property (which sold in 10 days) and the progression team have alleviated the stress of chasing all aspects of our buyer, searches and all the other tedious work that goes into selling a house.While we were skeptical about using an online set-up, Nested proved that they are just as, if not more capable than high street agents and I can see us using them again in the future. Highly recommended.

After an extremely long and difficult journey we have just exchanged on our new house thanks largely to the amazing efforts of Fraser at Nested. We started off selling with a more traditional agent but weren’t happy with the service - the attention to detail and the lack of market understanding. We moved to Nested and couldn’t be more pleased with the decision - not only did Fraser secure the price we wanted for our house, he was also able to negotiate our purchase which made huge difference. Once Covid struck, things got more complicated - and much more stressful - but it was an enormous relief to have someone of Fraser’s ability and experience to guide us through. I really don’t we would have got over the line without his help and advice. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend nested to anyone looking to move in the future.

First time seller in the UK, I have hated every estate agent I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with, with the exception of Nested. Their solicitor recommendation was excellent, the photographer was great, bookings were filled quickly and kept (only one person cancelled out of 13 on a truly miserable October Sunday), multiple offers over asking, and we completed in about 3 months which included the Christmas period. Will be my first choice with any future listing.

I’ve got to say, I have dealt with many Estate Agents and Nested by far has been outstanding. From the level of professionalism down to the wealth of information that is provided. Even post viewings, we get such detailed reviews of what the viewers thought, which I have never received with other agents before. I’d also like to extend my congratulations to both Amir Ghomshei and Harry James who have been so helpful and successful. They truly have been outstanding and they got us several offers within just a few days!Will definitely recommend them in the future!

Their cash advance concept is a total game changer. It made me a chain-free buyer, so I could negotiate a better price on my new place, and avoid tons of stress and uncertainty. My old flat eventually sold about 4-5 months after I moved out of it, when I'd already settled in my new home. So much better being able to wait for the right offer, without it affecting when I could move. The financial and practical advantages of the cash advance would be enough reason to use Nested, but on top of that, they are really nice people to work with. Intelligent, professional, always accommodating and flexible, and really good communication. Way better than all my past dealings with estate agents.

Nested helped us to sell our property in what was a difficult transaction and environment. They also helped on the ‘buy’ - their buying agent service was incredibly useful and I haven’t seen any other agent adopt such a method. For example, Nested provided detailed data-backed reports on our new property and also helped with the negotiation on purchase. This gave us confidence and apportioned the stress during the whole process! Couldn’t recommend the Nested service more highly.

As a buyer, Paul at Nested Greenwich really understands my needs. Not only is he fully conscious of my situation being stuck in a chain, but he only tells me about properties that fit my needs and budget. He's proactive, genuinely interested and sees buyers just as much being his "clients" as the sellers he obviously represents. If I knew what their service was like, I'd certainly have been keen to get Nested to sell my property.

I had a fantastic experience selling my flat with Nested. The team go about things with a level of professionalism and thoughtfulness far beyond what I have seen elsewhere. The communication is always excellent - we particularly liked the online tool where you could see local property market data and written feedback from past viewings. They went above and beyond, both to resolve any issues that arose during conveyancing and to speed things along when it mattered. Would highly recommend!

Everyone at nested have been brilliant. Working through very difficult times - both Brexit and corona virus! chris introduced me to the uniqueness of the estate agent and then passed us onto Kaitlin who managed the viewings so well and then passed us to Nicole who was beyond efficient in managing the sale. Everyone communicated regularly and kept us up to date on everything. Nicole pushed to get the sale through to completion in super fast time. I couldn’t recommend nested more ! Fantastic! Hugely undervalued my property. Said the max I could get was £50,000 below what I believed it was worth. I went with a reputable agent (remax) who ended up getting me £50k more than Nested's valuation within a week of going on the market.Ridiculous, that's before the data breach incident!

Such a different experience with Nested. Having been shown around by other agencies, it was so blooming lovely to meet Elliot. I had a lot of questions about the place, and whereas i'd felt rushed / pressured / or been given hard ultimatums by other agencies, I felt like i could have proper open discussions with Elliot about it. Obviously they are trying to sell a property, but the process just was way more respectful and pleasant and blooming nice than i'd believed it could be! Nothing was too much to ask, really cooperative. I also appreciated how they enabled me to meet my vendor. It helped me so much to make my final decision. And that meeting then had such a positive influence on the process itself with Nicole, who i dealt with after Elliot, and is equally as lovely. For any potential sellers out there, they have worked out how to make buyers feel much more comfortable with offers and gain trust. You can tell the ethos of the company is a great one.

Nicole Snape - Progressions Team My first time buying a home so unable to compare with other estate agents however I found Nicole at Nested to be helpful, available and supportive as we negotiated our way through the purchase with a few tricky bumps that needed overcoming, and was always on hand to talk me through the process or hurdles whenever needed. Always felt that she was trying to get the best result for both myself and the seller. Would definately be happy to purchase a Nested property again.

Friendly, professional and efficientI bought as opposed to selling through Nested. The estate agent was really friendly and personable, making a refreshing change to all the other estate agents that I had dealt with. Following the accepted offer, we then dealt with one of the solicitor co-ordinators who really helped us chase our solicitor and kept us in the loop with all the updates up the chain. As a first time buyer we really appreciated how helpful and friendly everyone was.

Much better than other estate agents!We bought through Nested and found the team so much better than other agents we came across. Everyone we came into contact with seemed honest and genuinely helpful. Nicole, who was our point of contact during conveyancing, went above and beyond to keep the sale moving and aid completion at the end. Great communication and responsiveness at all points.From a buyers perspective, we could tell there were extra hoops to jump through to ensure there was a high likelihood of the sale going through (eg providing lots of info at offer stage). Not a problem if you're serious about the property!

Nested came on board after I initially went with a high street agent. I was interested to use Nested but in truth their initial approach seemed like they weren’t that interested. They asked me to send photos of my property which we’d enhanced considerably over the 7 years we’d been owners, and they were obviously keen then to do business with us. We had more interest from potential buyers with them, and were swiftly under offer from a genuine cash buyer, by that I mean cash in the bank, not releasing equity via Nested. Nested organised great photos, much better than the high st agent, their photographer took a day and really made a difference. We also had a 360 photo shoot done, this was good too. They hand you onto different departments as you progress through the selling process, and in each case they were engaging and professional. They respond swiftly to communications and made the process fairly easy and at times almost fun!

It is imperative that we have confidence in the people we work along side to ensure a stress free and transparent transaction for the clients.
