A good service

Nested sold our flat for us in 2020. It was a very difficult sale, with struggling to get a buyer and then issues with the buyers solicitor. Though none of these issues were the fault of Nested, and they did all they could to put them right. They were generally very responsive and helpful. The only negative was that the information in the online portal was often incomplete or not up to date. This was because we were in a strange time, with virtual viewings during lockdown. The online system hadn't been set up to work in that way. Generally we would say we were happy with the service and we would use them again in the future.

Nested Greenwich are the best! :)

We've been using Nested's Greenwich branch to sell our flat. We're now part-way through the process but wanted to add a review to say how brilliant Nested have been so far (these reviews were very important to us when choosing an agent so wanted to add my own now - it's rare I bother to leave a review so that's saying something). We had multiple offers (above asking price) on our flat within 10 days of listing and Reiss & Paul have been working tirelessly to keep us updated and get (loads) of viewings through the door - and even offering a lot of advice before we selected them as our agent (we wanted advice on a property we'd already offered on). We couldn't have asked for more... now we just have the rest of the process to go, but so far we've had great support from the all at Nested. Would highly recommend!

We used Nested to list our property at the advice of friends and are very pleased that we did. Their staff are all very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. We loved the advice they gave, which was always backed with data. The assistance with choosing and buying a property was a great help, too, and not something we’ve had from other estate agents. The same goes for the completion team, who were invaluable in keeping the sale and purchase processes moving smoothly. All in all, top marks and a huge thanks.

Would definitely use again!

I sold my property with Nested. I thought the level of service was excellent for the following reasons 1) Frequent communication through-out the process 2) Informative communication regarding the market without the typical estate agent spiel 3) Helpful in the commercial negotiation to ensure that a deal at the right price happened. 4) Helpful in recommending a solicitor. The only thing that stops me giving it a 5* rating is that the comms could have been better post the sales agreement between the solicitor, agent and myself. Not a major point though.

Selling our home was a big decision

Selling our home was a big decision and we found in Nested an estate agent that guided us through every step of the process, and made it feel like it was their own home they were selling. Even helping on the final hurdle of clearing out the last of our things before we handed over the keys to the new buyers. Excellent service from all the staff, modern friendly, upbeat and knowledgeable and not only that but they recommended brilliant Solicitors to help us with all the legal stuff for the exchange and completion. What you always wanted from an estate agent

Nested from the beginning to the end were brilliant and what was key to keeping us up to date and confident with our sale was their communication, use of data, feedback and support for both our sale and purchase. Amir's weekly call gave us assurance that the house was valued correctly and that we would get an offer at the price we wanted, Oscar worked professionally to get those interested through the door and then to sell the house and local area. Leah worked brilliantly to keep our sale and purchase on track while Emily's knowledge of the market helped us come out on top when going to sealed bids on our onward purchase. Thank you to all the Nested team who I would highly recommend.

Great communication.

We recently used Nested to sell our house. We were impressed by their responsive and considered approach. Not only did they sell our house and manage the process, but they were also very considerate in arranging viewings. With 2 young children, trying to keep the house presentable was a challenge, Nested always gave us plenty of notice of viewings and we didn't have any no-shows. This approach was significantly different from the more established agency we tried first who would give very little notice of viewings with a significant number of short notice cancelations & no-shows - very frustrating after frantically tidying the house for the last-minute viewing.

Great experience through a challenging sale!

We recently purchased a house through Nested. The agent who showed us round was very friendly, interested in us, knowledgeable and helpful with our queries. Once our offer was accepted, we then worked with a conveyancing manage who has helped us through a rather challenging sale with various issues around the lease agreement. She was knowledgeable, kept in touch, kept us updated throughout the process and tried to help wherever she could.Our experience on completion day was great! Our conveyancing manager kept us up to date with when we would be able to get the keys and then we simply picked them up from a location near the property.

Couldn't recommend Nested enough!

Nested have done a truly brilliant job in selling our flat in London during the pandemic. They are professional, easy to contact and only arrange viewings with real prospective buyers (with a previous agent we had lots of viewings but no offers as the agency wasn't targeting the right people to view) Nested target potential buyers successfully and with only a handful of viewings we had multiple offers.Their online platform provides frequent updates on viewings and the local market which was so useful when selling.Even when our first buyer fell through (through no fault of Nested) they mobilised quickly, and successfully found 3 offers and another buyer within a week for the same price. To put this into context we had previously had the flat on the market with a high street agent and had no offers in 6months. Once a buyer was found they remained easy to contact, communicated regularly with our solicitor and ironed out any minor issues quickly. Couldn't recommend them enough, especially compared to my dealings with high street agents.

It was always easy to get hold of someone when needed, and they did a great job of telling us communicate with our buyer and keeping the solicitors in check. I used Nested’s services to market my property as a traditional style agent, rather than merely online. This meant that they carried out the viewings and helped to facilitate as smooth a sales transaction as possible (during a pandemic). Furthermore, not only did Nested find suitable buyers for my property, they also assisted me with the purchase of my new property by giving me a report which detailed how long the property had been listed, changes in the value which it was marketed at, information on similar properties within the area, and suggested initial offers. This meant that I was able to purchase my new property at a very competitive price. I highly recommend their services!
