Such a different experience with Nested. Having been shown around by other agencies, it was so blooming lovely to meet Elliot. I had a lot of questions about the place, and whereas i'd felt rushed / pressured / or been given hard ultimatums by other agencies, I felt like i could have proper open discussions with Elliot about it. Obviously they are trying to sell a property, but the process just was way more respectful and pleasant and blooming nice than i'd believed it could be! Nothing was too much to ask, really cooperative. I also appreciated how they enabled me to meet my vendor. It helped me so much to make my final decision. And that meeting then had such a positive influence on the process itself with Nicole, who i dealt with after Elliot, and is equally as lovely. For any potential sellers out there, they have worked out how to make buyers feel much more comfortable with offers and gain trust. You can tell the ethos of the company is a great one.

Nicole Snape - Progressions Team My first time buying a home so unable to compare with other estate agents however I found Nicole at Nested to be helpful, available and supportive as we negotiated our way through the purchase with a few tricky bumps that needed overcoming, and was always on hand to talk me through the process or hurdles whenever needed. Always felt that she was trying to get the best result for both myself and the seller. Would definately be happy to purchase a Nested property again.

Friendly, professional and efficientI bought as opposed to selling through Nested. The estate agent was really friendly and personable, making a refreshing change to all the other estate agents that I had dealt with. Following the accepted offer, we then dealt with one of the solicitor co-ordinators who really helped us chase our solicitor and kept us in the loop with all the updates up the chain. As a first time buyer we really appreciated how helpful and friendly everyone was.

Much better than other estate agents!We bought through Nested and found the team so much better than other agents we came across. Everyone we came into contact with seemed honest and genuinely helpful. Nicole, who was our point of contact during conveyancing, went above and beyond to keep the sale moving and aid completion at the end. Great communication and responsiveness at all points.From a buyers perspective, we could tell there were extra hoops to jump through to ensure there was a high likelihood of the sale going through (eg providing lots of info at offer stage). Not a problem if you're serious about the property!

Nested came on board after I initially went with a high street agent. I was interested to use Nested but in truth their initial approach seemed like they weren’t that interested. They asked me to send photos of my property which we’d enhanced considerably over the 7 years we’d been owners, and they were obviously keen then to do business with us. We had more interest from potential buyers with them, and were swiftly under offer from a genuine cash buyer, by that I mean cash in the bank, not releasing equity via Nested. Nested organised great photos, much better than the high st agent, their photographer took a day and really made a difference. We also had a 360 photo shoot done, this was good too. They hand you onto different departments as you progress through the selling process, and in each case they were engaging and professional. They respond swiftly to communications and made the process fairly easy and at times almost fun!

Being in a position where I have worked for both a Solicitors and as an Estate agent, I have the advantage of both views of conveyancing. It is imperative that we have confidence in the people we work along side to ensure a stress free and transparent transaction for the clients. Stuart Milburn, Nicole Snape and Becci McPherson are assets to Nested, their professionalism, knowledge and approach to each transaction is admirable. At a difficult time of year and with a protracted process due to problems in the lower end of the chain, all the staff at Nested have been brilliant. They have ensured that all viewings were carried out professionally, all the prospective buyers turned up ( that's a first) and the level of communication was exactly as I asked.I must particularly mention Nicole, whose determination and patient negotiation skills ensured that everything came together in the end despite some somewhat slow solicitors.

From start to finish we thought Nested offered us a very professional service. They are knowledgeable and passionate about what they do and after having our house on the market for 5 months with a different agent Nested secured us two good offers in the first two weeks. They were honest with their opinions, they are good at communication and gave us good advice. They kept us really well informed during the process and I can honestly say it was the least stressful move I have ever done. I have already recommended them many times over and wouldn't think twice about using them again.

My partner and I had been trying to sell our flat via traditional local agents for over 12 months before signing up with Nested. I was initially attracted by the option of the Nested Advance, which would have enabled us to purchase our new home whilst still trying to sell our flat. Whilst this is not a cheap solution, it was appropriate for us as we did not want to miss out on the property we had found.In the end, Nested found us a buyer which meant that we did not need to take the advance, with the whole process taking just under 3 months. We are very happy with the service and solutions offered by the team at Nested and would not hesitate to recommend them should you find yourself in a similar situation.

I was attracted to Nested as a fresh agency brand with a hybrid model. In the end I’ve been delighted with them. In particular I have really valued the buying service provided by Emily, along with fantastic sales support from Nicole. Although I didn't eventually opt to use Nested in the end (we were lucky in that we got a buyer to agree a price above what Nested thought we would obtain, and quickly, through cheap as chips Purple Bricks), we had an extremely good experience. I worked with a guy call Anup, and he went above and beyond ti provide local market stats for me even though it was clear from the outset that I would likely end up not using Nested (I explained we might use later on if property sale falls through). He also spent a lot of time on the phone with me and provided me with additional helpful info after I told him we wouldn't be choosing to use Nested this time, as I needed a recommendation for a solicitor and he emailed me a list of close partnership companies they have reviewed and feel are very good. They were extremely good too, so the referral was very much appreciated! They definitely give more than they take, from the experience I had anyway!

Nested are a brilliant option for sellers and having both bought and sold with the company we couldn’t be happier. As a result of working with them we secured a great home for our growing family, which we were able to renovate while still in the property we were selling. For our sale:- They gave us a sensible valuation and achieved what we wanted when other agents had failed- The viewings were conducted with professionalism- Their rates were fair in comparison to the market- The guarantee process worked for us and allowed us to move chain-free- Sales progression services were excellentAt the heart of a great experience were Fraser Clark, Josh Holmes and Becci McPherson. Their professionalism, diligence and determination were evident every step of the way in the challenging Hackney market.If you work with Nested you will find them sensible, hard working and focused on getting the best outcome.While we were admittedly nervous about working with a new model it has worked exceptionally well for us and will no doubt do so for many other sellers.

Love the idea think it’s a very good model! However I do think they need to be clear that they cannot cater for everyone and need to be more transparent about this. I have just been told they cannot help with studio flats as it’s an underwriting issue, even though I was sent a letter by post saying they (Nested) could help... On the flip side, they are to forward my details to other agents who could help and specialise in the sales of studio flats so let’s hope this avenue can work!

Great Idea, a genuine alternative to traditional estate agents and the process of buying/selling in a chain, We turned to Nested after local agents failed to secure any offers on out property. We engaged Nested in September and moved in December, yet our property sale completed in June this year. Nested guarantee is such an intelligent approach to a perennial problem.I would add that this great idea is backed up by a thoroughly professional and personable team who were always ready and able to provide help, advice and support throughout the process. Without Nested we would never have moved into our dream cottage so we owe them a great debt of gratitude.
