Best estate agent we worked with. Really good communication the whole way through - super responsive and quick to sort stuff out. Provided solid advice when we hit bumps and on our onward purchase and assisted in negotiations. Only weak point was that the agents didn't know the local area that well - though to that didn't seem to matter as they secured offers quickly (both times!).

We were the buyers in a transaction where Nested acted as the sellers' estate agent, and had not instructed Nested ourselves. However, we actually found them much more reliable and contactable than our own solicitors, and they really helped push through the sale as quickly as possible even with a few external issues. We'd absolutely instruct Nested if we were looking to sell our property.

Nicole Snape in particular did a fantastic job-professional, courteous, patient, considerate of the needs of all parties, kept us posted on the next steps and any potential issues. Filtered communication between buyer and seller , and other interested parties in a productive way even when things were becoming intense as they do when buying a house. I would definitely recommend.

My flat sale was incredibly convoluted and while I was not able to take advantage of the advance feature offered by Nested, they moved me onto a cheaper rate and acted as estate agents only. In this I found them hands on, helpful and encouraging. I have now completed and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone else, even if that person wasn't interested in the advance function.
