Hi, I have recently used Nested to purchase a property. I found them super proactive however at times I did feel a little rushed. They are all about simplicity and whilst that may be a benefit for the seller, it can be a little vague to the buyer. On the whole very good experience but at times I did feel pressured with little information.Thank you

Awful service, we dealt with two separate people who weren't aligned about the sale. One of the pair was completely incompetent and used quite aggressive sales tactics. Stay away.

Sorry to hear you were not happy with our service. I understand that 4 months ago we conducted a viewing with you at a property we were selling and you made an offer for the property. The home had received a previous offer from another buyer, but the home was still listed for sale as we were waiting until the buyer had been fully vetted. After your initial offer was rejected I know you subsequently increased your offer, but the home seller decided to stick with the person who made the first offer, despite it being a slightly lower offer.When dealing with a property sale we cannot disclose offer amounts to other buyers and ultimately the seller chooses which offer to proceed with based on the offer price, the buyers' position and timing of the offer. The process of managing multiple offers and the seller deciding between them can sometimes seem uncoordinated, which sounds like the case in this experience. After seeing your review we tried to call you and left a message. If you’re able to return our call we would be happy to speak on the phone to understand what we could have done better.
