Michael secured a sale within 2 weeks. We had a very difficult situation when the sale collapsed 2 days from completing due to EWS1 issues. After the deal collapsed I chose to rent the flat out instead. Michael exceeded expectations by helping arrange everything for the tenancy, including works for legal compliance.Good communication throughout and easy to contact.

I bought through Nested. I was told on numerous occasions a service charge was fully paid. I checked and doubled checked and it wasn't. They might be good from a selling POV but I'd never buy through them again or recommend them.
Hi Ben. Thank for your your comments and we're sorry to hear you feel like there has been an error on our side. I believe you were buying through us almost a year ago, and from the notes we can see on the system there seems to have been some misinformation shared between all parties involved in the transaction relating to the service charge. The service charge is often paid by owners upfront for a year, however it is standard practice for any buyer to contribute towards the remainder of the service charge from the moment they are the legal owner. We note that there were no conditions attached to the offer form you filled out in relation to our client being responsible for paying the service charge after the property is sold, and therefore, as a consequence, this was not passed on to our client. Once again, we're sorry you feel the way you do. In any case, we're delighted to have progressed the sale through so quickly for all parties involved and we hope you're happy in your new home 🏡Best wishes, Nested team.

Having tried and failed to sell my home on Strike, I emailed all the local estate agents and had messages back straight away, but the only one I responded to was Nested. I was tired of the hustle. I wanted to feel looked after. I was right to trust my intuition, because Nested not only found a buyer within one week, but in the weeks that followed, I felt they were invested in the sale and beside me on the emotional rollercoaster of dealing with details. I highly recommend them if you’re looking for someone you can call and speak to on a human level and trust that you’re in safe hands.

Having Nested deal with the sale of my home has been a really great experience. They've always kept me fully in the loop of what's happening and their communication throughout has been excellent. I've had different contact points at different parts of the process and dealing with all of them (Jack, Davina and Emily) has been really easy and reassuring. Being a bit of a novice in the property market I needed plenty of support and Nested provided me this whenever I needed it and I'm really grateful to all of them for their help.
