GoogleErika and Aidan have been great - very friendly, helpful and responsive, which has made the process of starting a new tenancy totally stress-free. Erika in particular has always been very comprehensive in answering our questions and replied very quickly. GoogleSaw Silvia at Black Katz and she shown us a nice two bed. The whole process from start to finish was a breeze, thanks in no small part to Silvia and Erika. Very nice people to do business with when the process of looking for a good rental can be quite stressful. I would not hesitate in recommending Black Katz to anyone looking for good properties.

GoogleCommunicative, helpful and efficient! Had no problems throughout my 6 month tenancy with them, everything was transparent and fair. The property was by far one of the nicest flats I've rented, in terms of location and condition. Would definitely recommend them to friends and family for no-hassle renting in London!PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleIf you are sick of typical agents who don't listen to your requirements and help you find somewhere you actually want to live this is the agency for you! If you want a highly efficient team who work together and will work around your availability this is the agency for you. Couldn't recommend highly enough!

FacebookSofia from the Candem office did an awful job managing an issue with bedbugs infestation we had at one of Black katz properties. We lived a nightmare and we were left alone facing the infestation. Think twice before you choose Black Katz. They don't care about their tenants - it's all about money.

GoogleReally helpful and always very quick to respond to any queries I had about the flat I have since moved in to. This was a brand new renovation so there was a lot of questions to be answered and coordination needed which they handled for me right up until the day I moved in.

GoogleThe staff at Black Katz, are a highly professional and competent team of people who know their jobs. Besides knowing the business of lettings, they are friendly, supportive and honest. Speaking as a landlord, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to other landlords. My tenants appear very happy with the service they have received too!

GoogleBad agency. Stay away from them!! They'll rip you off on checkout as they work with an old employee to run their scam

GoogleCustomerservice? Terrible. Promisses the world, never heard from them again. Have you seen their Rightmove adverts? Oh my gosh! Not remotely professional. Can not recommend. They aim for the lower quality in the market, fair enough, but no need to have a low service.

GoogleTaking the client to a flat with fake pictures, that is an old stupid method to use in 2017 lettings market. What are you guys expecting?! The pictures were looking great, the flat looks different and bad, no worries, I will take it!
