GoogleAidan (Black Katz West Hampstead) is the best estate agent I've dealt with in London. He was incredibly attentive, informative, and honest. A very pleasant experience all around, would highly recommend.

GoogleAbsolutely horrible experience Black Katz were unprofessional, inappropriate and terrible communicators. They lost us the contract on a house and held onto our deposit of £5000 for over 3 weeks.

GoogleCan't recommend highly enough. The whole process from finding an appropriate property, to viewings, to moving in has been a breeze and the staff have been lovely to deal with.

GoogleThey did everything they said they would, with no delays, and were very easy to contact and communicate with. Polite and efficient staff. I highly recommend them.
