GoogleExcellent customer service and the staff are very helpful. When I took the car park space 2 month ago I was abit hesitated if it will be secure place or not, but guess what just last weekend I got back from a job late night and the security guy (Hafeez) came out to check if I really had access to the car park etc, I was extremely happy with this service. The manager Chris fantastic gentlemen, made every step easy and simple for me. Keep up the good work guys

GoogleThe dimension of storages from the web site are not real. So be careful when estimate the item for storage. If you allow another person to have access to the storage and to the account it will anyway not allow to use this person’s content insurance ( in case he have and you don’t) and you will be forced to buy insurance and pay extra to Big Yellow.
