GoogleI used them recently and would definitely recommend. Khai who did my check in was very friendly and helpful, in fact all of the staff members that I interacted with were lovely. Very straightforward to use, and when I emptied my storage out I got my refund for the time I didn't use promptly. Would happily use again

GoogleUsed multiple times, friendly staff, big parking area and big trollies for loading/unloading, efficient service. Would give 5 stars if they accepted me storing winter tyres and were open later in the evenings (like at least one local competitor).

GoogleAwsome storage. The room is pretty big for what you're paying. I chose the smallest room and it was a lot bigger than expected. The staff is awsome, very friendly and just generally nice people. Khai (I believe that's the name) took care of my check-in and he was amazing, took care of everything and even helped me find a closer room than what I had booked, he really put my convenience first. Definitely recommend here.

GoogleEarnest, Kai and Mike provided excellent customer service. I have never used self storage before and they walked me through the process and patiently provided all the information I needed. They had time for every question and put me at ease instantly. No question was too much, they couldn’t of provided a better experience. Thank you very much to the team for their help.

GoogleDO NOT USE THIS BRANCH. I can't express this enough! I've used big yellow branches and had no issues however I had a unit for 6 months in Bow. The entire place is like a rubbish dump, completely run down, so disorganised and unprofessional staff. As i emptied my unit I experienced this extreme smell of urine/ammonia, to my horror I lifted a bag and there was evidently a rat or mice infestation! Faeces everywhere. Worst damage is my £3000 white sofa completely ruined. Chewed bags. Chewed boxes. Most items drenched in urine! Droppings everywhere! Absolutely vile. Staff at this branch were SO RUDE and argumentative. Serious customer service improvement required. Complained directly to head office who were really lovely. Awaiting outcome.

GoogleWhen we walked in we were greeted by a man called 'Mo'. He was friendly and very professional. He kindly and patiently went through all our options for storage, showed us some units until we settled on one. He even offered us a bit more of a deal which we of course were very grateful for. We will tell all our friends about Big Yellow in Bow and how quick and easy the whole process was, thanks to Mo.
