GoogleI'm not exaggerating when I say I think I had some of the best customer experience of my life with Mike and his colleagues at Big Yellow Self Storage in Bow. Moving house and storing your belongings is SO stressful and the team made it easy and straightforward and were genuinely a pleasure to interact with. I'd highly recommend them any time.

GoogleWas great until they couldn't answer the phone (days in a row) to deal with direct debit payments they did not collect. Taking £20 a time for their error. Nice Note all the 5* reviews comes from people who don't post more than a few times....

GoogleOverall it was a good experience, the facilities are modern and staff was polite. The only slight problem was that I brought a Royal Mail redirection confirmation letter as proof of address but the person signing me up was insisting that I need a bank statement even when I explained that I have pretty much everything only electronically. Eventually after minutes of pleading and a colleague coming over it was accepted and everyone was happy :)

GoogleThe storage set up is great -- really easy to use. And the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. I was shown around by Chris, the manager, and it really felt like the team were dedicated to the safety of my possessions. Super affordable too, so would recommend.

GoogleWe have been using the storages from Big Yellow in Bow for 5 years, all the customer service officers here are the best in helping and especially Mr Khairul who is one of the most outstanding personal there.

GoogleHad a bad experience with this yellow storage, there's a lot of hidden costs which are you not made aware of at the beginning and although the manager offered a discount due to some "misunderstandings" when customer service gave wrong information regarding moving to a smaller unit and the implied costs, he never confirmed via email and was not reachable afterwards on the telephone so didn't get any discount.. would not recommend
