GoogleEasy access to clean, well-kept storage. We've been here a few months and BigYellow has served our needs well. Chris, a manager, was a great help in looking at a flexible fit when we needed to extend our requirements, and has always been very easy to communicate with, along with the rest of the staff. Quick to reply to emails, etc.

GoogleVery easy when you have wonderful staff like Michael Mullen to check you in and walk you through things step by step.

GoogleService was so wonderful! The phone was answered very quickly and both employees that I spoke with were so lovely and kind! Ended up not needing the storage unit, but the service was so great.

GoogleCustomer service leaves a lot to be desired and don't be fooled by the price. At the point of sale they'll add: - Mandatory insurance (but they don't explain why, it just IS mandatory) - "Refundable" Security Deposit Lastly to get their 8 week discount you must pay for the 8 weeks up front in full.

GoogleKatie did an amazing job showing me around and explaining all the important bit I needed to know. Friendly, efficient, right to the point - 10 out of 10! Facility itself is enormous - definitely the largest self-storage I've ever seen. Still, very easy to navigate. Lots of trolleys to move your stuff around. Definitely recommend.

GoogleI was helping out a charity, that uses the facility for storage of water for distribution during Ramadan. The place was spotless and although I don't use or currently need storage I know that I would not hesitate to use this place. The staff were very friendly and helpful in providing forklift truck services to help get the job done. Professional to the end!

GoogleThe staff here are fantastic, they are super helpful and very concise. I recommend using this space, it was the best price I found in east London. The units are super clean and the security system is high quality.

GoogleGreat Service, very friendly staff and helpful. One night after hours i was struggling to find a pump truck, the security guard helped to look around for them. The next day i returned and one was found immediately. I would highly recommend storing your items at this branch.

GoogleThe facilities are great, the check in process was easy. I was able to come in an out during my apartment move out process which made it easy and added flexibility. Prices aren’t too bad either.

GoogleFirst time using this company. Over the phone - Great! In store - Terrible! From the moment we entered the receptionist was disgraceful. Stinking attitue and argumentative. Emailed customer services with a complaint and was told I would hear from the manager at Bow. Obviously still waiting to hear back from them weeks after. Let down and will not be using them again!

GoogleChris was very helpful.

GoogleDecent - lots of size options for storage, fairly accessible location. Access hours could be better: standard was till 5pm so we had to pay extra for extended hours, which was then only till 11pm. Attic Self Storage down the road is 24hr and well rated, so might use them next time.

GoogleExcellent customer service made my moving out day a lot less stressful. I was served by a lady named Lisa who was the most helpful and explained everything to me clearly (It was my first time ever storing my stuff at a storage place) . I 100% recommend this place to anyone with a need to store their stuff.
