GoogleExcellent customer service made my moving out day a lot less stressful. I was served by a lady named Lisa who was the most helpful and explained everything to me clearly (It was my first time ever storing my stuff at a storage place) . I 100% recommend this place to anyone with a need to store their stuff.

GoogleStaff are great and access is brilliant. They are staying open during gov lockdown as they store medical supplies in some of the containers so big shout out to their employees! Will definitely store items with them again if I need. Staff are so lovely I was really impressed :)

GoogleThe team at Big Yellow in Bow really helped us out in a tight spot a few weeks ago when we needed emergency storage. The guys were very friendly, efficient and professional. Highly recommend you use them for storage!

GoogleI recommend you don't give them your actual email or phone unless you actually are about to book. I entered my actual details to get a quote and have been bombarded by emails ever since. There isn't even an unsubscribe link in their emails. Also, be aware of hidden charges and demanding requirements.

GoogleExtremly overprice, can easily find way better storages in the same area with cheaper price, they don't even have trash service!

GoogleA fantastic experience from start to finish! Poppy couldn’t have been more helpful and friendly throughout - from advising on packing materials, to guiding me through how a remote removal would work. It was very straightforward and the storage spaces are great - super clean and secure!
