GoogleGreat service and fantastic staff. We were taken around by a lady called Poppy, and she was extremely friendly. Explained everything with cheerful spirits and answered any questions we had. Very happy with the introduction, and excited to use the service.

GoogleCool, easy, fun. I felt really good during my check in. And the staff build genuine connection with people. Like yellow sunny vibes:)

GoogleVery professional. Jag showed me my storage space and explained the process; very helpful and thorough. I was done with paperwork in no time.

GoogleI wrote a review cautioning against this place as something was stolen from my locker and it must have been an inside job as it was hugely heavy, yet my review was removed! Goes to show you cannot trust reviews.

GoogleIt was my first time yesterday and was attended to by a lady called Lisa, She was really nice and friendly to me also made me felt I was at home in that reason I would want to come back again or better still recommend my friends and families.

GoogleVery friendly and helpful

GoogleI think it's a good system. I would really like the extras like the padlock and the insurance to be highlighted in BOLD pre-booking in but, overall it's good. In fact the real problem is other people. So many stupid questions make checking in difficult. Anyhoo, overall it's pretty good.

GoogleEasy check in and out. Good size clean storage unit. Friendly and helpful staff. Quickly processed refund due to early checkout. I thought it was a tad expensive but then it is London.

GoogleUnfortunately this would have been an excellent service if it wasn't for Mike at the reception desk. Very rude and ruined my experience (and time). First and last time with big yellow.

GoogleThe storage unit was well kept and had no issues but the hours are not very convenient

GoogleBig Yellow is far superior to the other places near by. It is well designed with wide corridors, high ceilings, well lit, has excellent security protocols and has very helpful and friendly staff. They are also reasonably priced.

GoogleStaff were helpful and clear. Only disadvantage to the service is there isn't access to your storage after 6pm on weeknights.
