GoogleBig Yellow Bow is without doubt one of the best storage facilities in London, but what sets it apart are the staff. Chris who runs the place in particular couldn't be more accommodating and helpful. We run a fast growing business and the flexibility he's shown has helped us take on business we'd otherwise have struggled to cope with.

GoogleIts been a while since I used the this Big Yellow but only just getting round to leaving this review. Twice I've had to use them for house moves at short notice during personally very stressful times. The staff were fantastic in getting everything set up which enabled us to get into the unit without any fuss. The last time I needed a bigger space than I anticipated and it was all sorted with no issues. They even automatically quickly returned money for staying less time than I had paid for in advance. Will happily recommend and use them again, thanks!

GoogleJagdeep was fantastic at check-in - really patient, clear and helpful, which made a big difference as moving is so stressful! Really great facilities too - clean, tidy and easy to find.

GoogleStored with Big Yellow after my other storage company let me down. Check in process was smooth, the staff explained all the check-in information in detail. When I was moving my items out, they provided me with solutions with how I could let the moving company access my items without me being there in person. Payments are made monthly in advance but as soon as I cleared my storage, I received my refund for the remaining weeks very quickly. Great service, highly recommend them and would definitely store again.

GoogleA little short on the opening hours - given others like Attic over the road offer 24hr access as default. Seems slightly more expensive overall. Also, there's no way of retrieving your individual terms & conditions like the length of cancellation notice you should give. In fact, the entire extent of the online portal is a green indicator to show your account is valid - nothing there to give notice or check any further details. The main customer service number is a god-send, should the staff decide they're not answering calls for the last half hour and you need to extend your access hours for instance. Very helpful and able to provide instant resolutions to most queries as they can centrally manage accounts, payments, access codes, times & restrictions in a flash.
