GoogleUsed the storage unit for an extended period. Always good service and very polite. Good location and highly recommended. James at reception was very helpful when setting the account up and closing down etc.

GoogleThe worth place to store your stuff first is expensive The personnel are not helpful only on the day you take the locker. One toilet for I do not know for how many lockers but certainly not enough and also the worth radio talking program at all the time in the corridor dam is annoying when you have to found a book out of hundreds .Also no lights in the locker and you will be told off if you leave the door to get the corridor light .....also I should mention the opening time is absolutely unpractical And no bins available for rubbish and menaces of fine see pictures how that for rubbish

GoogleRecently we rent a space in Yellow Boxes Bow. Everything went super smoothly. Facility seems very secure and offers good deals taking into account quality and comparing to the market prices. Employees were very helpful and knowledgeable. Big thanks to Adam and Gary who were helping with the explanation, viewing and contract. You were amazing! ;)

GoogleBig yellow Self Storage staff at Bow were very helpful amidst the Covid situation. They have adopted security measures for their staff and customers. Mike attended me and he sorted out the contract, and a problem they have with the alarms in the unit originally offered to me. The unit I got was next to it, and it only took a few more minutes to check-in due to the unexpected problem. He was friendly and clear on giving me any information I requested. Thank you

GoogleI stored my belongings here while I was trying to sell my property. The sign up process was quick and easy and the instructions for the use of the room were clear. The prices are great with 50% off the first two months which is very much appreciated. The staff are incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. In particular Poppy and Chris made my whole experience a very pleasant one. The check out process was equally as straightforward. I would highly recommend Bow Big Yellow and I would definitely use them again.
