GoogleLocation is very convenient, storage facilities super clean and easy to access and navigate, the discount on the first 4 weeks is amazing value for money. Overall great experience, but what made my day is the impeccable customer service of Mike. He’s an actual ray of sunshine, me and my partner were extremely tired and perhaps a bit distracted, but Mike went above and beyond to show us three different options, walk us through them patiently, we reached the conclusion we need a bigger space; abd he changed our booking so quick, explained everything to us so we can use your facilities super efficiently, and has the best personality and genuine care for the customer. He informed us on everything that is relevant to our needs, and explained the details in the contract thoroughly. Absolute gem, if everyone working in a customer facing role had half of his attitude and approach this world would be a happier place. Thank you, Mike for being such a genuinely nice person and for all your help!

GoogleI just love the Big Yellow Storage, it's so much better than the others. The corridors are wider, the trollies are a proper size and the security is top notch. I got great service from the team inc Chris, Reena and Lucy, thanks for making my experience effortless. I'll be back.

GoogleI have used Big Yellow in Bow for the last year and a half-ish and recently had to upgrade my room size. In this endeavor I was served by both Mike and Poppy, both of whom were excellent. Their helpfulness made what could have been a very stressful day, much less so. Thank you both.

GoogleHave used Big Yellow Bow as a small business for the past 5 years. The team are very helpful and make it so easy to manage logistics such as sending and receiving parcels. Would highly recommend this location for businesses that need storage as well as delivery and collection services.

GoogleI had a wonderful experience! Booking the storage room itself was extremely easy, finalizing the paperwork took no time and the entire process was maybe under an hour. The facility is easily accessible with large parking lot, lifts and everything you could possibly need for a smooth move/storage. Khairul was extremely helpful and positive - exactly the type of person you need in the midst of a stressful move. He saw that I was moving everything by myself and made sure I got a box closer to the entrance. When I realized a slightly smaller box was a better fit for me, he accommodated my needs. A star example of amazing customer service! Thank you!!

GoogleCan't recommend this place enough, really good on price, but don't spam you with lots of emails and calls. The online induction and checking-in worked really well, sensible pricing for insurance and lock, so again no hidden 'extras' and when I arrived Gary was amazing on the front desk, completing check-in quickly, as well as explaining how everything worked, letting my movers in and showing me the unit. Brilliant service end to end.
