GoogleI had a very smooth transition/onboarding. Adam was a massive help and really made the whole process easier. Was good at explaining everything I needed to know clearly too. Give this man a raise! Overall great service.

GoogleI’ve been using different storage facilities across London for years, and I can tell for sure the Big Yellow Bow is best storage facility in London. Perfect location, lovely staff, Lucia is always very helpful. Strongly recommend

GoogleReally helpful. Had a bit of a situation as my friend (whose name it was in) wasn’t with me when first getting access to the unit. Henry was able to sort out our mess and get the unit set up for my use! Great help with a dash of good humour. Really appreciate the help

GoogleI use their service twice, for many months while living abroad, the same issues arised each time. 1. They overestimate the value of your belongings to increase insurance policy 2. Each time they increase the price of the storage after two months by at least 15%. 3. While a monthly rolling basis payment should happen each X of the month, it gets advanced by several days each time. 4. Debit on different currency does not work with their system, so you will get penalties each time.
