I have loved dealing with Benham and Reeves especially their leasing team led by Wesley alongside Roland. They are customer-centric, polite and respond with a sense of urgency.My experience has been totally the opposite with their property management team - not only is my assigned property manager slow to respond and abrasive in terms of language, he has this misguided belief that he makes decisions on what needs to be looked at by an electrician (or other experts) and not.I gave a very thorough response with photos to add to my check in report along with an email to summarise next steps - he sent a note on the 15th of Oct saying he will review it. After a few more nudges, he then tells me we will just consider those upon end of tenancy which is not the right process - and could lead to issues later.I have dealt with M&P for 3 yrs and the quality as well as demeanour of their agents has been the exact opposite of my experience with Christopher N.I wish the property team had the same customer centric approach as the lettings team but it has not been the experience I have had so far.

GoogleI have been renting via Benham & Reeves since 2011 and I have had a great experience while dealing with the agency especially with Sam Shah, the manager at the Colindale branch.
From the moment I entered their office, I could feel cared for and treated with professionalism and attention. The team at Colindale is helpful and friendly and their secretary Anne has been always polite and respectful.
Also my first landlord was amazing and responded immediately to all my queries.
I can strongly recommend the Benham & Reeves to potential tenants and their service is truly five star, which does make the moving house process smooth and stress free.

GoogleBeaufort Park is huge & B&R are not the only agent , sometimes it's worth taking a look at gumtree , rents can be slightly less and deposits can be upto 6 weeks , you'll find landlords and agents sometimes offering free internet and lower admin fees ... #gumtree
As the owner of B&R has responded I feel it's only fair people be made aware of choice , yes people you can shop around for the best deal and an agent that suits your needs , I recently heard you charge 10 weeks deposits to certain renters , again I must say looking on Gumtree would be the best option for an alternative agent .

You are right, we are not the only agent doing rentals at Beaufort Park but we are the only approved letting agent with a branch on-site at the development (opposite Tesco’s). We would advise anyone looking to rent a property to always check the fees and costs involved with renting a property at Beaufort Park. If it seems cheap compared to the majority of properties being offered by most agents, it might not be a legitimate listing.
