We have used Benham and Reeves for about 6 years to manage our property During that time they have been on call to support any issues raised as quickly as possible for example a broken washing machine door handle was reported, this was quickly rectified by Tanya and various options of repair were given to usWe have also had very positive customer service from George and Haruka with previous tenants

GoogleB & R is a very professional letting agency with a long history. My account Manager, Maz, keeps me informed of issues related to the tenancy. He was able to find a new tenant to replace the old one, who had to leave at short notice, and made all the arrangements for the new tenant to move in smoothly.

GoogleHonestly very disappointed , as an overseas student i was told they are the only agent that deal with flats in beaufort park and trusted them , very quickly i realised they are terrible and i reported a few issues to them and they never repaired the problems and never called me back ! My friends rented from another agent on the development and got a better service even when they had some issue with a power failure the agent attended at 11pm to assure them he would resolve the issue .i was never fully returned my deposit and they kept telling me it a different department that deal with my deposit .....not happy ...
