Rented a flat with them. It took Benham and Reeves more than 2 months to reimburse my deposit after many emails. The accounting department made a lot of mistakes and information communicated to me was erroneous (miscommunication as they would call it) which eventually cost me half a month rent. Would not trust them for any transaction

Kayleigh who has been looking after us for the last few years has been a breathe of fresh air. As a tenant, we are always able to rely on her to ensure the apartment is maintained and any issues she is very quick to help us out. I was looking for a flat to rent with very specific requirement. I found a property online, reached-out to B&R and got connected to Abbie White. She understood my requirement very well and shared exact suitable options for me. I choose an option which was coming to market soon as a result there was lack of info available at the time of enquiry. With her great communication skills she made sure that I was always up-to date with latest information. When it came to closing the deal, she kept he promise of notifying me on-time and got things done quickly.

GoogleShocking Estate Agent. They not only don’t show any interest to have you as a client when you go office searching for properties. Also shocking when you made a offer and pay deposit for a property, and after 72h, you still have no response from landlord and estate agent regarding the offer I made. I don’t want to know if that’s the same attitude they’ll have when I become a tenant on that property.. but reading some reviews, I lost my interest on the property.

We share your frustration here as the landlord was unreachable, which is unusual. We're sorry you chose to pull out but this was outside of our control. GoogleI was living in Benham and Reeves apartment for about a year. My experience of working with them was extremely positive. The apartment check-in process was smooth. More importantly, when living there, their maintainance services were super-responsive and helpful. For apartment issues, B&R did everything in their power to fix anything ASAP. At the time of check-out as well, they were prompt and punctual to return the full deposit on time. I would give credit to their property manager Maz for maintainance responsiveness and check-out processes. I would definitely give kudos to Maz and I will also highly recommend B&R for your stay in London 👍🏼

GoogleLetting itself was excellent (Sam Shah). However, preparation of the Agreement were shocking - fundamental errors against the HoTs made on the document sent for signature. Handover arrangements to the new tenant were disappointing (B&R are also the managing agents)
