The staff here are really rude... especially towards Asians. They never return the deposit properly. It's strange that I have to feel uncomfortable even though I'm paying. I definitely do not recommend this place.

This office is really the worst, the AC unit was not working in my flat for the whole summer period and I have been requesting to fix it with no luck. In fact, their business owner even told me that the AC unit is not important and he is very reluctant to tackle such claims or even care about the tenant rights. My little one year old daughter suffered from the heat in the flat that reached 30 degrees Celsius!!! Be very careful.of such office and they did not even care to provide temporary fans while the flat rent exceeds 4000 GBP per month. Absolutely the worst customer service .

5 out of 5 given to Battersea and Nine Elms estates, especially to Ben, they have been very helpful on sorting my Apartment at Embassy Gardens. Everything went on smoothly, my requests were handled promptly and happily fulfilled. If you are looking for a place to rent in Nine elms new developments, I definitely suggest to give them a call.

Ben and Simone were amazing and sourced a perfect apartment for me in Nine Elms overlooking the River and negotiated with the owner for me.
