I needed to move in ASAP and Battersea managed to complete the whole process 10 days from me contacting them about the listing. There were a few hiccups, but it was only because they were thorough and professional to protect the landlord's best interest. Having said that, while the landlord is their client, they also acknowledged my interests and liaised with the landlord to fulfil my requests. In short if you're reading this review to know whether to trust Battersea, I assure you you can and that you won't be surprised with any hidden fees or unfair terms.

I've been renting with Battersea Nine Elms Estates for the last 7 years and my experience with them was awesome since the beggining. The staff are super professional and helped me with any problem I had, whether it was in my home ,new agreements and bills. I know lot of people in London who have experiencied many problems with agencies. If you're looking for one you wont regret with Battersea Nine elms. I received an unacceptable service attitude and discriminatory language. After deciding to withdraw from renting the property before signing the contract and agreeing not to request a deposit refund, an employee insisted I call her. During this call, she expressed serious complaints and used discriminatory language, including saying, “this is not how we worked in the UK,” which felt racist. This experience was emotionally distressing. I understand the deposit is non-refundable as part of the normal process, but I cannot accept the disrespectful and biased attitude I received. Both the agency and I have the right to make our decisions, but no customer should be subjected to such treatment based on who they are or where they’re from. Finally, although we terminated the transaction almost two months ago, I still receive daily reminders to sign the contract. May I please stop receiving these messages related to signing the lease? Thank you.
