GoogleGreat service from Nine Elms Estates! I’ve been with them for over a year and - especially compared to other London estate agents - the experience is 10/10. While I’m sure all their property managers are fab, Cheyenne always replies to our emails promptly & assists with any issues we might have efficiently. Couldn’t recommend highly enough.

GoogleHello All, I was amazed how one of the guys was talking to me. He was super arrogant and rude. I popped in into an agency to talk about business collaboration and this person who proofed to me he is the ‘’owner’’ super unprofessional and negative. With this attitude you can run your business and highly not recommending landlords to work with them at all.

GoogleI've always had a positive experience working with Battersea & Nine Elms Estates, especially dealing with Lucy Marchant so frequently. She is constantly working above and beyond her call of duty making sure any issues that I have are quickly corrected. Always easily reachable and I've never felt that I have been forgotten about. Hands down the best estate agency in London and I highly recommend them!

GoogleStay away as far as possible if you are landlords! This entire company is managed by only one person, namely Ben - Very rude and unprofessional. Battersea & Nine Elms Estates have NO customer service! No wonder those rental flats (being managed by this one-person-company) are emptied for months.
