GoogleAfter one estate agent hadn’t been successful getting us a decent price on our flat, we turned to Gilbert Francoise at Atkinson McLeod. He was upbeat and kept us going - he even managed to get above the asking price within two weeks of the flat going on market. His service didn’t stop there either. He was available and helping coordinate until the moment we completed, helping getting it over the line before the stamp duty holiday (it was really tight as to whether we would do it). We recommended him to all our neighbours that are thinking of selling their flats as well. 100% would recommend

FacebookBE CAREFUL WITH THIS AGENCY! They're liars!!! Cannot be trusted! They don't care about anything what you said! There is one agent called Amanda who lied in my face and she didn't care what I told her! I don't reccomend anyone this agency!

GoogleTotal disaster miss-management. They failed to properly reference the tenant, yet, at the start of the tenancy, confirmed as passed the referencing checks, including employment verification. It was only after my investigation did I get to the bottom of the matter and found that the individual never actually worked for the company claimed as I obtained formal letter from HR, yet AKM made no effort at all to do anything from their side, other than serve arrears letters. Staff turnaround rate was incredibly high, so much so I communicated with no less than 5 different persons over the course of 3 months! Sadly I could not have taken control as I was resident overseas, but thanks to a friend in London, we gained access to the property after servicing section 8 to discover this tenant was subletting, no help. Form ATKM. In addition, ATKM still haven't returned the float fund monies which they took from the initial rent deposit. We evicted the tenants and gained possession of the property. Aside from the problem tenant, which could have been avoided had AKM been diligent with the referencing, the terrible miss-management from Atkinson McLeod and poor communication from their side is the core issue with this agent. Further to this, one of the directors was extremely rude, dismissive and unprofessional in his poor communication. I cannot recommend Atkinson McLeod in any way to professionally manage a let. Their failure to follow up on issues, poor communication, high staff attrition, rude management and irresponsible stance. Diligent in obtaining their commission, negligent to provide the service and support. There are other agents in the area who actually provide a professional service and are ethical, as well as able to successfully manage a property.NegativeResponsiveness, Professionalism, Value

GoogleSeen an apartment online and organised a viewing with Alex! He was really professional and very easy to work with! We told him what we wanted and what we could afford to pay and he did the rest... we ended up finding an amazing place that we secured fairly fast! I've rented apartments with a lot of agents in the past... some of them were a fecking nightmare to work with!! These guys were honestly the most hassle-free yet!
