GoogleFrom a tenant's perspective, I would not recommend Aston Rowe. Before moving into the property, there was a significant list of repairs and removal of pieces of broken or old furniture that we were promised would be all completed by the move date. None of this was done when we arrived.
Additionally, they charge substantial fees for admin, changing tenants or renewal of lease etc. and these were the only times they seemed interested in contacting us. There was also a severe lack of communication and general incompetency when arranging viewings with us on our exit. The agency didn't have keys initially and we waited to let them in on two viewings, which they never turned up to.
Do not have the tenants best interests at heart. Would not recommend.
