I cannot recommend Aston Rowe more as an estate agent. We worked with Hassan and Harry who were always extremely honest, professional and proactive - they were always exceptionally prompt at keeping us up-to-date and did everything they could to sell our flat in Acton. We changed estate agents mid way through the sale of our property due to a poor experience from our previous agent. My opinion of estate agents at this point was pretty low but 5 mins after speaking to Carl my faith was restored .Carl was professional, reliable and knew the market well, but could he deliver….. the answer to that was a resounding yes and our property was was sold within weeks at asking price despite difficult tenants who made viewings hard to arrange. Carl made the whole process stress free and it ran smoothly. I can recommend Carl to any one looking for an estate agents who is willing to go above and beyond. I was able to contact Carl by phone or WhatsApp at all hours and nothing was too much trouble for him.

A joy to work with! From the moment I walked in the door, Harry and Hassan were so kind and helpful, and on our case to find us a home within minutes. Aston Rowe made the buying process so smooth for us, were professional but also such nice friendly people to deal with which counts for a lot. Nothing seemed too much trouble (we had lots of questions, lots of access request etc), fair but never pushy and most importantly they helped us buy a great house after a particularly long search. Can't recommend them enough and can see why they earned their stripes in the Acton market. I will actually miss our regular chats!

Denis and Charlie from the lettings team at Aston Rowe have honestly been the best agents my partner and I have dealt with. They actually listened to what we were looking for and only showed us places that matched our criteria, which made the whole process so much easier. They were super friendly, patient, and helpful the entire time we were searching for a place to rent. In the end, we ended up needing to look in a different area (a change in my job made Acton a bit inconvenient), but if we ever decide to move back around there, Aston Rowe will definitely be our first call. Highly recommend them if you're looking in the area.

We recently sold our house through Aston Rowe; of the five agents we saw, Harry talked the most sense; he didn’t make promises he couldn’t keep and he was realistic, but also optimistic about the asking price. We liked him, and the fact tthat he lives locally-Harry really knows, and loves Acton. We found the service from Aston Rowe to be a cut above - from the marketing materials / photos etc to weekly updates, a lot of time and effort was put into our listing. Hollie, and especially Hassan are brilliant. No nonsense, super friendly, and accommodating. Our sale ended up taking months to complete because of an issue further up the chain; Hassan kept us informed throughout and was very reassuring. When we eventually completed, Aston Rowe had achieved us a figure we didn’t think we’d get, a record price for the road, and a new listing from our next door neighbour, whose house they sold in a matter of days. In short, they do what they say they’re going to do, and they do it without any of the usual slick estate agent speak/tactics/obfuscation. We tried to buy a few houses last year and all other estate agents we worked with were unprofessional, pushy, rude and some even trying to extort us for money. My husband and I recently moved into a new flat with Aston Rowe. There were some ups & downs but overall we are in love with our new place and wouldn't have done it any differently. Our agent was Rebecca and she was absolutely amazing. We always felt like a team, as if she was as invested as us to find our new home. Genuinely just the loveliest person. However, by no fault of Rebecca, it felt like pulling teeth to get answers about our lease (this is done in a different department). We ended up not signing any documents until the night before our proposed move in date, which lead to having no contact with our new landlord until we were moved in, which it would've made a world of difference to get certain questions answered by the landlord before then. All in all though, Aston Rowe definitely had the most beautiful properties out of every agency we worked with and gave us a home we can't imagine living without.PositiveResponsiveness, Value

Have had a brilliant experience from start to finish. Joseph Smith was incredibly helpful in arranging a viewing as quick as possible for us and from then onwards was constantly in communication with us to help with putting in an offer and giving us regular updates of the situation. Once sorted, he and his colleague Cameron Krüger were great in helping us with any contractual questions we had and in getting all the paperwork sorted within a couple of days.
