If you're selling a property in the Acton area, Harry and his team at Aston Rowe are the only agents you should consider. They have an outstanding understanding of the area and worked incredibly hard to sell our house in a very tricky market. The viewings never stopped thanks to their amazing marketing skills and knowing who would be the right buyers for our house. Selling your home is such an emotional process and I'm so glad we chose this agent. They were nothing but supportive and never pushy, which was a concern for me when considering agents. From the very beginning, she was clear, polite, and informative, assisting us with every query and smoothly guiding us through the entire buying process. Having dealt with several other agents and agencies over the months, Eva stood out by far as the most astute and professional. Aston Rowe have just sold my house. They are a pleasure to deal with. All the staff I met are, without exception, friendly, helpful, willing to go out of their way and, crucially, very knowledgable about the local market in which they specialise. The excellent photos, done in house, to advertise my property were a very encouraging start. The housing market is not at its best currently with all the uncertainty around and the path through to sale was not always straightforward. There were problems to overcome and here I have to mention Harry who guided my property through. His experience was essential to keeping the sale on track and finding a way to smooth out obstacles when they appeared. I would recommend Aston Rowe without reservation. I have used several estate agents over the years and Aston Rowe have genuinely been the best by far. Very professional, they rang when they said they would , they emailed when they said they would... That should be a standard thing but I haven't found this with other places. There was no blagging; just professionalism. The team were great to deal with, and really would heartily recommend them. I cannot recommend Aston Rowe in Acton highly enough! I was lucky enough to meet Joseph on my first viewing and he has surpassed all my expectations in terms of professionalism. Aside from being a really great person, he has listened to what we want and need in our property search, never wasting our time and being honest and open through every step. In fact I would as far as to say that as a result of meeting Joseph (and Sean too) at Aston Rowe, my rather negative opinion of Estate Agents has been completely transformed. House hunting is a lot more enjoyable when you have people like this helping you!

We have recently been through a very emotional sale of our family home of nearly 30 years. A process that took over two years which saw us renting out our home in the process. Harry had been recommended to me by a friend in Poet's Corner as being 'the' agent to use in Acton. I obviously explored other agents but Harry was constant in keeping in touch without being over-zealous or off-putting. I was impressed with his honesty, integrity and complete absence of the usual/expected E.A.B.S.! Look no further than Aston Rowe, if you are looking at purchasing a property within the Acton area. As first-time buyers we felt very overwhelmed with the whole process, but Hassan was simply amazing!! I can't recommend Harry and his team at Aston Rowe more highly. They definitely overturned any pre-conception people have about estate agents, being slick and ruthless. They made the process of selling my family home of 42 years, and finding a smaller one as pain-free as it could be. Harry was recommended to me by a friend who had sold her house with him. He listened, was incredibly professional and personable, and inspired confidence from the outset. My house sale was managed brilliantly, achieving the asking price within weeks. Finding a house was more challenging and took longer, so I registered with many other agents in Chiswick and Acton too. During the months it took to find this house, I was able to see just how excellent Aston Rowe are. Thorough, always calm, professional, attentive and a good sense of humour which definitely helps.
