We had a really positive experience overall with Aston Rowe. The team were friendly, professional, and always supportive throughout what turned out to be a challenging process. While it took us some time to find the right property, Aston Rowe stayed persistent and kept everything moving. When we finally found our dream home, they acted quickly to secure us buyers at just the right time. I dealt with Hollie and she has been incredibly helpful and professional throughout the whole process of purchasing m y flat. In fact she went above and beyond, by guiding me, providing me advise that the solicitor I had appointed wasn't giving me. But also proactively prompting parties in the process to ensure the sale was moving along swiftly. As a first time buyer, it was an incredibly stressful process and the lack of professionalism of the solicitor contrasted with Hollie's professionalism and diligence. In addition, the quality of properties proposed by Aston Rowe in the Shepherd's Bush/Acton/Chiswick area is from far the best. Update 15/08/2024: After being so pleased with Aston Rowe as a buyer in 2019, I sought their services again in order to handle the sale of said property. As Hollie wasn't around anymore, Carl and Eva stepped in and handled the sale. It was a difficult transaction and without their help and support I probably wouldn't be here writing this review after successfully completing. I wanted to leave my glowing review for Harry and the team at Aston Rowe: Having both bought and sold property now, you only really appreciate a good estate agent when an unexpected spanner appears in the works! Selling my leasehold flat presented several of these and I'm quite sure if Harry had not been managing it things may have ended differently. He was there every step of the way to reassure, encourage and console me and gave his time willingly to do this. He also built a similar relationship with the buyer and it was through this dynamic of mutual trust that the sale was made to everyone's satisfaction in the end. He is professional, thoughtful and easy to talk to and an all round good egg! In terms of Aston Rowe generally every part of the sale, contracting and rates was explained clearly and the commission was fair. The photos of the property were excellent and taken promptly. I had an offer within days of deciding to sell - all in all I would highly recommend Harry and the team at Aston Rowe.

From the very beginning, Harry truly understood us as clients, what we needed, what mattered to us, and what would suit our life and budget. Every single property he showed us was spot-on, and we ended up making an offer on every one. He was consistently responsive, professional, and thoughtful throughout, handling the whole process, including some delicate negotiations, with real class and fairness to both us and the seller. We also really appreciated how accurately the properties were represented online, the photos and listings reflected the space and feel of each place perfectly, which we’ve found is not always the case. I rented a property with Aston Rowe , they did a fantastic a quickly job. Their staff are friendly, flexible and care about deliver the right outcomes. Dennis in particular really went above and beyond to ensure both I and landlord were happy, meaning we were able to get the deal done asap which was a great service because I was in a rush to find the right place and I must to say we love our new house , all step was easy and online so very efficient ! We had the pleasure of working with Denis while searching for rental properties around Acton and we couldn’t be happier with the professional and kind service he has provided. He took the time to understand our requirements and budget, ensuring that every property he showed us was a good fit. As newcomers to the UK, we appreciated how he patiently explained the entire rental process, making it much a less daunting experience for us. Denis also highlighted the community around each viewing (nearby stations, parks, buses, groceries), and made us appreciate the community even more. I initially chose Aston Rowe after meeting Carl as I felt he was genuine, empathetic and knowledgable of the area. Throughout the process of selling our leasehold flat, Hassan was extremely patient, supportive and I could always get through to him if I had questions or queries. Communication was frequent and regular, and I received more attention than I would have with a larger estate agent. Buying a home is a lengthy process, and can often be a frustrating one. Ours took the best part of two years. We looked in many areas in London during this time, but Acton was always the favourite. We used Aston Rowe both as buyers and sellers of our property in Acton - including both reviews below - but in short, would strongly recommend: May 2024: Eva and Carl helped us navigate through a complicated process (a sale that fell through / to and fro-ing on offers) and provided solid advice, proactively updated us and managed through the legal process. Both were also friendly and clear, which meant the team continued to be a pleasure to work with. Feb 2021: Would strongly recommend Aston Rowe, Carl did a great job when we were buying a property through them in Acton. From the original viewing, through to hand-holding the sale process, through to completion, Carl was professional, responsive, proactive, and friendly. He coordinated and organised to ensure the sale was completed to tight deadlines, and we would not have completed this transaction in time without his help. This was in the face of some exceptionally challenging lawyers on the other side, where Carl kept the pressure up, working between us and the vendor, and keeping us posted on latest progress throughout. We were impressed at the helpfulness when technically the seller is his client, not us. Estate agents generally don’t always have the best reputation but couldn’t recommend these guys highly enough.

I put my house on the market but for various reasons withdrew it as I decided to do work on it myself before selling. Carl and his team (Eva, Hassan and Jack) were extremely professional in their approach from the get go. There is no unwelcome pushiness, nor are the terms of the retainer unreasonable (I was able to pull out without penalty). They are a polite and considerate team and knowledgeable about the housing market because they are local. Plus it always feels good to support an independent business. They dispel the negative image of the estate agent, that we might all have in our minds. I would definitely recommend them and will use them myself again.

Selling a house in an area you don't know, is tough. That is unless you have the Aston Rowe team behind you. It was clear when I first met Harry that he knew the area and the business like the back of his hand. I liked his honest approach and knew they would give the best personal service possible. Since then I've worked closely with Hassan and Jack, with contributions from the rest of the team. That is a strength of the way they work, the whole team are involved and are very responsive to any queries or concerns. Communication is timely and effective. I had some difficult issues to contend with, and the team were always cheerful, patient, tenacious and pulled out all the stops to make things happen. On top of all this they are a lovely bunch of people! I heartily recommend them.
