Hollie was entirely flexible to the hours we could do, showed us more flats than we’d expected and helped liaise with the landlord throughout. Usually I don't bother writing reviews but I have to say about my experience with Aston Rowe. My selling process had been going on for a while, Harry and his team did work hard to get my house sold. I really appreciate Harry, for his determination, proactiveness and cleverness to get it done. I was giving up due to repossession of our house but he pulled out everything and everyones (from gas safety certificate to pushing my solicitors) to manage the exchange contracts in time and without any problem during lockdown. It's rare to find someone who is willing to help out beyond his responsibilities or obligations.Thank you for everything !PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

When an estate agent or let’s say and all round nice guy , goes that extra mile to make it happen , it can’t go unnoticed . My recent experience at Aston Rowe with Luke Vecchione has been outstanding. From the moment we spoke on the phone when I enquired, I was instantly impressed with his professionalism, helpfulness, and friendly down to earth manor. It was clear he wanted to do everything he could to help me get the flat that I was looking to rent, and I truly felt that I had Luke on my team, especially as I was in a situation where several other people were also wanting the flat. Through constant communication with me, and excellent negotiation with the landlord, Luke secured the flat for me within the day. Having not rented for years, this process was somewhat daunting, but Luke made it easy to trust him with his knowledge of the industry, and professional, yet personal approach. The whole experience was extremely positive. He is clearly passionate about helping people find their new home, wonderful to deal with, and is excellent at negotiation. I cant recommend him high enough. 6 stars!

As someone searching for a property to let, Aston Rowe was incredibly helpful. We dealt with James, who did a great job of finding properties that appealed to us and showing us around. It must be quite difficult for an estate agent to deal with both landlords and tenants genuinely and helpfully, but I think they did an excellent job and would really recommend getting in touch if you're searching for properties. The team at Aston Rowe are great. Whilst we were searching they only took us to properties that fit our criteria. We purchased our first flat through them and Hassan was always very responsive and quick to answer all our questions.
